AvantGarde Casino Dossier

What to look at in AvantGarde's own terms:

1. Balance after 120 days. After 120 days without a login or a bet, “the Casino will be entitled to any balance in that player's account and the sum forfeit”; “we will examine each situation on a case by case basis but reserve the right to invoke the above 4 month rule” (T&C, General Terms 8).
2. Withdrawal fees. “All withdrawals (Wire, Neteller, Direct-to-Card etc) are subject to a 10-40 $/€/£ transfer fee”; for card deposits “We reserve the right to charge a fee of 3% - 6.5%” (T&C, Withdrawal 4, 10).
3. Withdrawal caps. 1,500 credits per withdrawal and 10,000 credits a month, the rest paid in instalments; the minimum is 50 (T&C, Withdrawal 8.1–8.2).
4. 18 working days. Approval “may take up to 18 working days”; documents are asked for each withdrawal, and without them within 30 days the withdrawal is cancelled (T&C, Withdrawal 2, 5).
5. Small deposits. “All Deposits of 249 USD/EURO/GBP/AUS or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session” (T&C, Withdrawal 1).
6. Free chips. Wagering “20X to 60X unless otherwise specified”, and “a fixed withdrawal limit of no more than 50 Credits” (T&C, Promotions 8–9).
7. Closed accounts. “Any funds remaining in the balance of an account at the time of closure cannot be withdrawn. This included all and any pending withdrawals” (T&C, General Promotion Terms 15).
8. Public criticism. A violation includes “an active or past complaint/dispute/criticism on a public forum or blog”; “Consequences may include termination of the player's casino account, confiscation of winnings and existing balances” (T&C, Violations 1).
