What to look at in BitKingz' own terms:
- Monthly instalments above EUR 20,000. Above EUR 20,000 "the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments"; withdrawals are capped at EUR 2,500 a day, EUR 5,000 a week and EUR 20,000 a month; the minimum is EUR 20 (T&C 11.1, 11.8).
- Wagering 45 times. Bonus and free spins must be wagered 45 times before a withdrawal (bonus terms).
- Max bet and two no-deposit caps. Bets with a bonus are capped at "€/$5"; no-deposit winnings are capped at AUD 75 in the T&C and at "€/$50" in the bonus terms for players without a recent deposit (T&C 11.7, bonus terms).
- Deposits wagered before withdrawal. Each deposit must be wagered three times; "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet" (T&C 9.7).
- Dormant accounts. After 12 months without login or gameplay, "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent)" (T&C 12.1).
- Arbitration in Costa Rica. Disputes "shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Costa Rica" (T&C 17).
- Two weeks after a withdrawal request. If the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled; verification not passed within two weeks means termination and confiscation (T&C 8.4, 9.3).

ACMA asked Australian internet providers to block BitKingz on 13 Jul 2022, and its page titled "Formal Warning to Dama N.V. (Bitkingz)" links only a warning PDF that names Megaslot, dated 18 May 2022 (Verified, ACMA article and archive copy of the page, our copies of 1 Oct 2026 and 16 Aug 2022 → ACMA).
The date of a warning over BitKingz is therefore not on record (Unverified: date, 27 Oct 2026 → ACMA). The T&C and the Tobique register now name Novatrix SRL, and the T&C set the withdrawal caps only in euros (Verified, read from Sydney, 27 Oct 2026 → Licences, Terms).
