Questions
Is Boho Casino available in Australia?
The site opened from our Sydney connection on 27 Oct 2026, with a bar reading “In proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia”. bohocasino.com led to bohocasino3.com. The check used one Sydney ISP address and a browser.
Why does Boho Casino not accept Australian players?
The bar gives no reason, and its terms page was not opened in this check (27 Oct 2026). The footer states a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, No. 0000064. ACMA requested ISP blocking of Boho Casino on 24 Nov 2022.
Is Boho Casino blocked in Australia?
ACMA requested ISP blocking of Boho Casino on 24 Nov 2022, and its reports for Jan–Mar 2023, Oct–Dec 2023 and Jan–Mar 2026 list 3 hosts with the brand in the name among blocked websites, bohocasino.com among them. That list is ACMA’s record; the bar described above is the casino’s own page.
Who runs Boho Casino?
The casino states: Metlait SRL (bohocasino3.com, 27 Oct 2026). The Anjouan licence register names the same company (anjouangaming.com, 27 Oct 2026). Discrepancy on record → Problems.

Problems
- “Outside of Australia” bar. A bar on the home page reads “In proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia” (Verified, read from Sydney 27 Oct 2026 → Access).
- “Outside of Australia” bar on an en-AU page. bohocasino.com led our Sydney connection to www.bohocasino3.com/en-AU, marked “En-AU”, with amounts “112,205 AUD”; the same page carries the “outside of Australia” bar (Verified, bohocasino3.com, 27 Oct 2026).
- ACMA warnings and blocks. ACMA issued formal warnings dated 26 Oct 2022 naming Boho Casino, requested ISP blocking on 24 Nov 2022, and its reports for 2023 and Jan–Mar 2026 list 3 hosts with the brand in the name (acma.gov.au → ACMA blocks).
- Two company names on record. The footer names Metlait SRL (27 Oct 2026); ACMA’s two warnings of 26 Oct 2022 each name one company as “the provider of the services”: Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited. Discrepancy on record, no conclusion drawn.
- Two regulators on record. The footer names Tobique; Anjouan’s register lists bohocasino.com under Metlait SRL. A domain in a register is the regulator’s record, not proof of who runs a site; we read bohocasino3.com after the redirect (Verified, 27 Oct 2026).
- Entry through a numbered host. bohocasino.com sent our Sydney browser to bohocasino3.com (Verified, 27 Oct 2026 → Domains).
- Terms not read. The restricted-countries clause and the rest of the terms were not opened in this check (27 Oct 2026).
