Fair Go Dossier

What to look at in Fair Go Casino's own terms:

1. Payouts. AUD 100 to AUD 2,500 a payout; bank transfers cost AUD 50 and stop at AUD 2,500 a week, crypto and e-wallets at AUD 5,000, all at AUD 10,000 a month (Payments page). The banking FAQ says AUD 30,000 a month; the promotional terms allow up to AUD 7,500 a week (promotional terms 27).
2. Wagering. Deposit bonuses need 30 times deposit plus bonus: AUD 6,000 in bets on AUD 100 with a 100% bonus (our arithmetic). Free bonuses need 60 times, and table and non-pokies games do not count (promotional terms 5, 16).
3. Max bet. Betting above AUD 10 during a bonus means "any promotion winnings voided"; red or black bets on roulette, and European roulette with a bonus, void winnings too (promotional terms, opening rule and 14).
4. Free-money caps. Free-money promotions pay at most AUD 180 and no-deposit bonuses 5 times the bonus (promotional terms 15, 22). A free-bonus cash-out of AUD 25 to AUD 50 waits for a utility bill matching the registered address (promotional terms 23).
5. Free-bonus deadlines. Bonus or cashback winnings are forfeited if no withdrawal is started within 150 days of the coupon, and a player whose last deposit is older than three months gets no withdrawal from a free bonus (promotional terms 13, 21).
6. Idle account. After 12 months without activity, "The balance of the account will be void." (T&C 17)
7. Documents. The T&C ask for a utility bill dated within the last 2 months, the verification page accepts one up to three months old (T&C 14, verification page). A photo holding the ID and card copies may follow; another person's card needs the owner's authorisation letter (T&C 9.2).
8. Public statements. For "untrue and/or malicious statements" about the casino it reserves the right to pass the player's identity and email address to other casinos, payment providers and agencies, and to freeze or confiscate the balance (T&C 21).

Also in these terms: account cancellation "at any time, for any reason", conduct at any other online casino, professional or group play, one real account, winnings void on duplicate accounts and chargebacks, each deposit wagered once before a payout, the payout method chosen by the casino, free bonus links shared on forums not honoured, game complaints in writing within 14 days, the server result as the official one.
