Watch out

What to look at in GoldenBet's own terms:

  1. Weekly cap and instalments. Caps are EUR 7,500 per 7 days and EUR 15,000 per 30 days; above EUR 15,000 "the Company reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments". A single bet or spin pays at most EUR 50,000 (T&C 12).
  2. Deposits wagered in full. "All deposits must be wagered completely until withdrawals are allowed from Your Account. In case deposits are not wagered completely, the withdrawals may be cancelled by us." (T&C 12).
  3. Up to 50% kept on closure. After suspected fraud the company "may at its sole discretion terminate the Account" and refund "the last deposited amounts minus 20%"; in other listed cases it "reserves the right to deduct up to 50% of the remaining deposit as an Account termination fee" (T&C 10).
  4. Video verification. Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet; otherwise the "company reserves the right to demand video verification where Player shows his/her documents" (T&C 10).
  5. EUR 10 a month when dormant. After 12 months without a login, "the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10" (T&C 13).
  6. Two months to complain. A complaint about an issue older than 2 months "may be disregarded and You hereby declare your consent thereto" (T&C 15).
