What to look at in Goldex Casino's own terms:
- Weekly cap in EUR/USD. Withdrawals are capped at 3,000 EUR/USD a week and 15,000 EUR/USD a month, with no AUD figure given (T&C 11.9).
- Sign-up free spins: 50 EUR/USD. "The maximum withdrawal limit from sign up free spins bonus is 50 EUR/USD"; AUD is not among the listed currencies (T&C 11.7).
- Wagering: 50 times or 40x. Bonuses "should be wagered 50 times … unless otherwise specified" (bonus terms 2.1); the welcome package states 40x, no max bet and winnings capped at 5 times the bonus (bonus terms 3).
- Deposits wagered once, or three times. Each deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal; for a player "suspected of money laundering or other fraudulent actions", "the casino has the right to request" three times (T&C 9.7).
- Dormant accounts. After 12 months without login, "the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 25 EUR" or the balance, if less (T&C 12.1).
- Two weeks, then 40 days. If the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked; winnings "may be subject to confiscation" without full KYC documents within 40 days (T&C 9.8).
