Watch out
What to look at in Hellspin's own terms:
- Payouts. From EUR or USD 10, wire transfers from EUR, USD or AUD 500; at most EUR 4,000 a day, EUR 16,000 a week and EUR 50,000 a month (T&C section 15). Visa lists Australia among unsupported countries for payouts, and the Mastercard list leaves it out.
- Fees. Intermediary banks may charge up to EUR 16 on a bank transfer, and closing an account that still holds money costs EUR 12.5 for the manual transfer (T&C section 15).
- Wagering. Every bonus, no-deposit and free spins included, needs 40 times on pokies only; jackpot games and a list of several hundred pokies are excluded (bonus terms 1k, 2a, 2b). A no-deposit bonus must be activated within 3 days and wagered within 7 (bonus terms 3i).
- Max bet. AUD 8 a bet while a bonus is active, bought features and doubling included (bonus terms 1e, 3j).
- No-deposit cap. AUD 75, paid only to a fully verified account after a deposit (bonus terms 1b).
- Deposit bet 3 times. A deposit must be wagered 3 times on casino games, or once on sports, before a withdrawal (T&C section 4); otherwise "the Casino reserves the right to charge you the costs of transaction processing" (T&C section 12).
- Idle account. After 12 months without logging in, "the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee" of EUR 10 (about AUD 16, our arithmetic), or the whole balance if it is smaller (T&C section 17).
- Selfie and call. Checks can ask for a selfie with ID and a sheet showing the casino's name and the date, proof of wealth and a call with a manager (T&C sections 12, 14). Not done within two weeks: "the account will be permanently closed and the winnings confiscated".
Also in these terms: one account per player, deposit refunds refused for a duplicate account, "bonus hunters" classified at the casino's discretion, a bonuses-to-wager ratio over 40%, low-risk roulette covering 25 or more numbers, registration spins taken from a country other than the IP address, winnings confiscated above the max bet, an AUD 15,000 cap on other bonuses with a review of 14 working days, free spins cancelled when the deposit is not wagered 3 times, payment charges the casino "may decide not to reimburse", NetEnt jackpots won from Australia annulled, deposits from another person's account, VPN use "not restricted", server logs as the final authority, a court in the country of the company's registered office. About
Unresolved complaints go, in Hellspin’s T&C, to “the licensing regulator listed on the Website” and court cases to the country of “the company’s registered office”, while the site names no regulator and no company (Verified, AU site, 14 Oct 2026 → Terms, Licences).
ACMA named TechOptions Group B.V. as the provider of Hell Spin in a warning of 21 Jul 2022, while the only regulator entry found, a Kahnawake list dated 28 Sep 2023, puts hellspin.com under another company, Lufilight Ltd (Verified, acma.gov.au and gamingcommission.ca, 14 Oct 2026 → ACMA, Licences). The T&C list Australia among countries where Visa is “not supported”, while the FAQ names Visa and MasterCard among withdrawal methods (Verified, 14 Oct 2026 → Terms). The lobby runs on the same engine as Bizzo Casino, National Casino and DragonSlots (Unverified, our reading of the lobby, 14 Oct 2026).
Overview
- Address. From Sydney on 14 Oct 2026,
hellspin.commoved the browser tohellspin-s.com/en_au, which opened at 18:02 UTC (Verified, read from Sydney, 14 Oct 2026). - Operator. None named on the AU site. The T&Cs say only "the Company"; the footer reads "© All Rights Reserved, 2020-2026" and 18+. Contact is by email to
support@hellspin.comandcomplaints@hellspin.com(Verified, AU site, 14 Oct 2026). ACMA's formal warning of 21 Jul 2022 names TechOptions Group B.V., Curaçao, as "the provider of the Hell Spin service" at that time. That is a 2022 finding; the site of 14 Oct 2026 neither confirms nor replaces it (Verified, ACMA warning PDF, read 14 Oct 2026). - Licence stated by the casino. None. About Us says "Hell Spin is a licensed and regulated casino" but names no regulator or number. The footer block meant for regulator seals was served empty (Verified, AU site read twice from AU, 14 Oct 2026).
- On a regulator's list, not stated by the casino. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission's permit-holder list names
hellspin.comunder Lufilight Ltd., next toivibet.comandslotsgem.com. The list is headed "Updated September 28, 2023", shows no number or dates per row, and does not includehellspin-s.com. No Hellspin page mentions Kahnawake or Lufilight Ltd. (Verified, gamingcommission.ca, opened 14 Oct 2026). - Claims by other sites. Two review pages on Hellspin-named hosts name different operators. One names TechOptions Group B.V. with a Curaçao licence: ACMA confirms TechOptions as the provider in 2022 (see Operator), but Curaçao's register of 12 Oct 2026 has no TechOptions or Hellspin entry, so the licence stays Unverified. The other names Neomatrix Ltd with Anjouan licence
ALSI-202505032-FI2; that licence exists, valid to 28 May 2027, but its domain list names no Hellspin domain (Unverified as a claim; registers checked 14 Oct 2026). - Since 2022. From 28 Aug 2020 to 24 Jul 2021 the web archive shows a pre-launch page ("Hellspin is a new online casino") without games or login; on 10 Mar 2022 it shows a working lobby (web archive, read 14 Oct 2026). Ahrefs estimates Google search traffic to
hellspin.comat over 100 visits a month for three months running from May 2022 (estimate, read 16 Oct 2026). Two dated sources agree, so 2022 is Verified. The T&Cs are "Effective from: 01.12.2021". - Platform. The lobby runs on the same engine as Bizzo, National and DragonSlots; the site names no platform provider (Unverified, our reading of the lobby, 14 Oct 2026).
- Games. The lobby showed an Australian visitor 7,761 games from 55 studios. The largest were KA Gaming (963), Pragmatic Play (627), Pragmatic Play Live (581), Yggdrasil (458) and VoltEnt (378) (Verified, lobby read via an AU connection, 14 Oct 2026).
Payments
The site gives three different answers on payout time and shows no payment methods before sign-up (read from Sydney, 14 Oct 2026). These are the casino's statements (Verified); no payout was tested.
- Payout time. The T&Cs say "up to 3 days" for some methods. One FAQ answer says e-wallets within 12 hours, cards "up to 7 business days" and crypto "usually" under 24 hours. Another says crypto and most e-wallets "process immediately".
- Cards. The T&Cs list Australia among countries where Visa is "not supported", and the Mastercard list of supported countries does not include Australia. The FAQ still names Visa and MasterCard among withdrawal methods. No per-method list exists; the cashier needs a login.
- Currency. Accounts can be in AUD, but the T&Cs say "the internal operating currency of the website is Euro". A card payment in AUD may cost "insignificantly higher" than shown, through conversion by the bank or the casino's processor.
- Caps. EUR 4,000 a day, 16,000 a week and 50,000 a month "or equivalent". Higher VIP levels may get exceptions; progressive jackpots are paid in full. Amounts are in euros as the T&Cs write them; no AUD figure is given.
- Minimums. Deposit EUR, USD or AUD 10. Withdrawal "10 EUR/USD"; bank wire at least 500 EUR, USD or AUD.
- Unplayed deposit. Each deposit must be bet 3 times on casino games before a withdrawal. Otherwise the casino may charge "the costs of transaction processing"; no amount is stated.
- Fees. The T&Cs say the casino "doesn't take any commission". The same T&Cs allow intermediary-bank charges of up to EUR 16 on bank transfers, let the casino stop reimbursing payment-system charges, and add EUR 12.5 to pay out a closed account by bank transfer.
- Method. Card withdrawals up to the deposited amount may go back to the card; anything above goes by another method. Third-party payments are refused, and winnings from them are confiscated.
Terms
Read from the AU site on 14 Oct 2026: T&Cs "Effective from: 01.12.2021, Last updated: 05.08.2024"; bonus terms and the FAQ carry no version or date (Verified, the casino's own statements). No earlier version is on record, so no change can be dated yet.
- Welcome package. Four deposits, up to AUD 5,200 plus 150 free spins: 100% up to AUD 300 with 100 spins (minimum AUD 30), 50% up to AUD 900 with 50 spins, 30% up to AUD 2,000, 25% up to AUD 2,000. The 100 first-deposit spins arrive as 20 a day for 5 days.
- Wagering x40. The bonus terms say "All deposit bonuses must be wagered x40" and that free-spin bonuses are wagered "x40 times". They give no example and do not say whether x40 applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus. Real money is wagered before bonus money. No deadline is stated for deposit bonuses; an expired bonus loses the bonus and its winnings.
- Other first-deposit offers. A high-roller bonus gives 100% up to AUD 3,000 from AUD 500, x35, maximum bet AUD 15. A live-casino welcome bonus gives 100% up to AUD 300, paid in instalments as it is wagered, within 7 days.
- What counts. Pokies count 100%; table and live games count nothing. Several hundred listed pokies and all jackpot games are excluded.
- Max bet. AUD 8 with an active bonus; feature buys and "bets doubling" count. Above it, the casino "reserves the right to confiscate the winnings". A bonus is cancelled when its balance falls to AUD 0.05.
- Win caps. Winnings from every bonus except the welcome bonus stop at AUD 15,000; the rest "will be forfeited", with "14 working days" to review each case. No-deposit winnings stop at AUD 75 and need a deposit and full verification before withdrawal.
- Bonus hunters. The casino classifies accounts "at their discretion"; a "bonus hunter" or "bonus abuser" loses all winnings and bonuses. One test is a "bonus ratio (bonuses : wager)" above 40%. Free-spin winnings can be cancelled if the deposit was not bet 3 times.
- KYC. Know-your-customer checks: photo ID, payment proof and proof of address under 3 months old, as photos, not PDFs or scans. A selfie with ID, a phone call or a video call may follow. Documents are "checked in 48 hours time". Verification not completed in two weeks means "the account will be permanently closed and the winnings confiscated".
- Phone check. The casino may call as part of verification; winnings are then not processed until the call takes place. An invalid or missing number allows it to "terminate the account and confiscate the winnings".
- Duplicates. One account per player. Duplicate accounts can be closed, payouts suspended and deposit refunds refused.
- Dormancy. After 12 months without a login, EUR 10 a month is taken until the balance is zero. The FAQ adds that an account unused for 3 months "will automatically be blocked".
- VPN and country. A VPN "is not restricted". Choosing another country to get round the registration list may lead to confiscated winnings and closure. Australia is not on the T&Cs' list of restricted countries.
- Disputes. Complaints go to support; if unresolved, the T&Cs point to "the licensing regulator listed on the Website". Court is "in the country of the company's registered office". Server logs are "the final authority".
- Age. 18 or older, or the local legal age if higher.
Problems
- ACMA formal warning. On 21 Jul 2022 ACMA formally warned TechOptions Group B.V., which it names as the provider of Hell Spin, saying the company "has contravened subsection 15(2A) of the IGA by providing prohibited interactive gambling services to customers physically present in Australia". The investigation opened on 9 May 2022, when the service ran at
hellspin.com,hellspin1.comandhellspins.com(Verified, ACMA warning PDF, read 14 Oct 2026). - ACMA block. On 21 Sep 2022 ACMA named "Hell Spin" among offshore gambling sites it asked Australian internet providers to block; ACMA says it "investigated and found these services to be operating in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001" (Verified, acma.gov.au, 21 Sep 2022). ACMA's report for July–September 2024, published Nov 2024, lists the mirror
hellspin90.comamong blocked sites, which ACMA says include alternate sites set up to evade the blocks (Verified, ACMA, Nov 2024). - 14 hosts with Hellspin in the name on ACMA's list. On 14 Oct 2026 the list held
hellspin.com, 11 numbered or variant hosts and 2 third-party review pages (Verified, acma.gov.au, read 14 Oct 2026). - Listed hosts still open. From Sydney on 14 Oct 2026,
hellspin.com,13hellspin.com,hellspin1.com,hellspin2.com,hellspin4.com,hellspin151.com,hellspin222.comandhellspin-zone.comled tohellspin-s.com.hellspin3.com,hellspin13.com,hellspin22.comandhellspin90.comdid not open from Sydney, while they answered from outside Australia (Verified, AU and non-AU checks, 14 Oct 2026). - "Licensed and regulated" with nothing named. About Us uses the phrase; no page names a regulator, number or company, and the seal block is empty. The T&Cs send unresolved complaints to a regulator "listed on the Website" that is not listed (Verified, AU site, 14 Oct 2026).
- Kahnawake list is old and partial. The only regulator entry found names
hellspin.comunder Lufilight Ltd. on a list dated 28 Sep 2023, with no number or term. It does not coverhellspin-s.com, where Australians land (Verified, gamingcommission.ca, 14 Oct 2026). - Disputes with no company. The T&Cs send court cases to the country of "the company's registered office" and name no company (Verified, T&Cs, 14 Oct 2026).
- NetEnt jackpots. The T&Cs say players from Australia "are not eligible to win any jackpots" from NetEnt jackpot games, and such a win "will be annulled" (Verified, T&Cs, 14 Oct 2026).
- Cards for Australia. Visa is listed as not supported for Australia and Mastercard leaves Australia out, while the FAQ names both for withdrawals (see Payments).
- Conflicting statements. Three answers on payout time; "no commission" against fees in the same T&Cs; a dormancy rule of 12 months in the T&Cs and an automatic block after 3 months in the FAQ.
- KYC deadlines. The player has 2 weeks before closure and confiscation; the casino says documents are checked in 48 hours but sets itself no deadline for the phone call it may require (see Terms).
- Player tools. Loss, deposit, session and wager limits and self-exclusion are set through live chat. Deposit limits do not apply to crypto or vouchers such as Flexepin. The page names no help service, Australian or other (Verified, responsible gaming page and T&Cs, 14 Oct 2026).
- User reports. None collected on 14 Oct 2026.
- Not Hellspin.
hellspin.co.com("HellSpin Casino Australia | Actual HellSpin Casino Login Link") is a third-party review page that sends visitors through affiliate redirects.hellspins.comwas one of Hell Spin's own addresses in ACMA's 2022 warning; from Australia on 14 Oct 2026 it is a review page whose only outbound link is a redirect throughmedia.hellpartners.com, an affiliate-programme address (our reading of the page, 14 Oct 2026). Both hosts are on ACMA's list (Verified, read from AU, 14 Oct 2026). - Not answered yet: who operates Hellspin today; whether Lufilight Ltd. still holds a Kahnawake permit and whether it covers
hellspin-s.com; how long payouts to Australians take in practice; which payment methods the cashier offers in Australia.
Verdict
Hellspin names no company and no regulator on its Australian site, while its About Us page calls it "licensed and regulated"; the only regulator entry found is a Kahnawake list of Sep 2023 naming hellspin.com, not the AU address. ACMA formally warned TechOptions Group B.V., which it named as Hell Spin's provider, in Jul 2022 and asked Australian providers to block the site in Sep 2022; 14 hosts with Hellspin in the name were on ACMA's list on 14 Oct 2026. Its terms ask for x40 wagering, cap non-welcome bonus winnings at AUD 15,000, and allow confiscation if verification is not finished within 2 weeks.
