What to look at in KatsuBet's terms:

1. 2.5% on card and bank withdrawals. The payments page lists card withdrawals with "Fee: 2.5%" and bank transfer with "Fee: 2.5%" and a EUR 200 minimum. The fiat minimum is "20 EUR or an equivalent", and the casino may pay by another method "at our sole discretion" (Payments, T&C 11.1, 11.5).
2. 35 times in 14 days; high roller 45 times in 3 days. "All bonuses need to be wagered 35 times"; "Bonuses expire after 14 days if the wager is not covered". The Welcome High Roller Bonus takes "45 (forty-five) times" and expires after 3 days (bonus terms).
3. AUD 2 a spin on the welcome package. "The maximum bet per spin while wagering any bonus from Welcome Package is 0.0000082 BTC / A$2 / €1 / $1 / NZ$2" (bonus terms).
4. Deposit bet three times, ten on table and live games. "For table and live games, deposits must be wagered ten (10) times the deposited amount"; "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet" (T&C 9.6).
5. EUR 20 a month after 12 idle months. Once an account is inactive, "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent)"; a balance under EUR 20 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
6. Two weeks to reach the player. "If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled" (T&C 8.4).
