Problems
- “Outside of Australia” bar. A bar on the sign-up page reads “In proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia” (Verified, read from Sydney 27 Oct 2026 → Access).
- ACMA action. ACMA requested ISP blocking of King Billy Casino on 18 Feb 2021; its report for Jan–Mar 2026 lists 3 hosts with the brand in the name (acma.gov.au → ACMA blocks).
- Two regulators on record. The footer names Tobique; Anjouan’s register lists kingbillycasino.com under Novatrix SRL. A domain in a register is the regulator’s record, not proof of who runs a site; we read kingbillywin31.com after the redirect (Verified, 27 Oct 2026).
- Entry through a numbered host. kingbillycasino.com sent our Sydney browser to kingbillywin31.com (Verified, 27 Oct 2026 → Domains).
