- No-deposit bonuses barred for Australia. The bonus terms list Australia among countries that "can not use no deposit bonuses"; the T&C cap no-deposit winnings at AUD 75 (bonus terms 5.3, T&C 11.7).
- Deposits wagered before withdrawal. Each deposit must be wagered three times; "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet" (T&C 9.7).
- Dormant accounts. After 12 months without login or gameplay, "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent)" (T&C 12.1).
- Arbitration in Costa Rica. Disputes "shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Costa Rica" (T&C 17).
- Two weeks after a withdrawal request. If the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled; verification not passed within two weeks means termination and confiscation (T&C 8.4, 9.3).
