About
The Curaçao regulator's portal lists luckyones.com under licence OGL/2024/164/0246 held by Just Entertainment B.V., while the Lucky Ones pages we read from Sydney name neither an operator nor a licence (Verified: cert.cga.cw and Sydney read, 28 Oct 2026 → Licences).
The site's footer data holds that company and licence in a block set to be hidden for Australian addresses (Unverified: page code, 28 Oct 2026 → Licences). ACMA asked internet providers to block Lucky Ones on 11 Dec 2024; we read its terms, bonus terms and payments pages from one Sydney ISP exit on 28 Oct 2026 (Verified: acma.gov.au; Sydney read → ACMA, Domains). The payments page served to Sydney lists AUD methods, while the site's data for the same visitor lists AUD among forbidden currencies, so whether an AUD account can be opened from Australia is not answered yet (Verified: payments page read from Sydney; Unverified: in the site data, not shown to an AU visitor, 28 Oct 2026).
