What to look at in LuckyWins' own terms:
- Withdrawal rules in euros. The minimum is EUR 20; withdrawals are capped at EUR 7,500 in a rolling 7 days and EUR 15,000 a month; no AUD figure is given (T&C 11.1, 11.7). The casino may pay "via a different method than the one you specified" (T&C 11.5).
- Wagering 40 times. Bets of 40 times the bonus or free-spin winnings; "Spins on Us" need 50 times and pay at most AUD 50 (bonus terms).
- Max bet AUD 8, no-deposit cap AUD 80. Bets while wagering are capped at AUD 8; winnings from no-deposit cash and free-spin bonuses are capped at AUD 80, even after wagering (bonus terms).
- Deposits wagered before withdrawal. Each deposit must be wagered three times; "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet" (T&C 9.7).
- Dormant accounts. After 12 months without login or gameplay, "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €25 (or currency equivalent)" (T&C 12.1).
- Arbitration in Costa Rica. Disputes "shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Costa Rica" (T&C 17).
- Verification deadlines. Verification is due within 30 days of the first deposit, before deposits or own-money bets reach EUR 2,000, or before the first payout; if the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal is cancelled (T&C 18.4, 8.4).
