Play Croco Dossier

What to look at in Play Croco's own terms:

1. Weekly cap. Payouts start at AUD 100; above AUD 7,500 a week the rest is paid in parts, so AUD 30,000 takes 4 weeks (our arithmetic), and the first payout waits for a risk review of up to 5 business days (T&C 25).
2. Fees and method caps. A wire costs AUD 50 and a courier cheque AUD 85; e-wallet and Bitcoin payouts stop at AUD 5,000 a week, so AUD 30,000 takes 6 weeks (our arithmetic) (Banking page).
3. Wagering. Deposit bonuses need 30 times deposit plus bonus: AUD 9,000 in bets on AUD 100 with a 200% bonus (our arithmetic). Free bonuses need 60 times on pokies (bonus terms).
4. Max bet. Above AUD 10 a bet during a bonus, the promotion winnings are voided; red or black bets on roulette void them too (bonus terms).
5. Free-bonus cap. At most "$180" is paid from free-money promotions, and a cash-out of AUD 25 to 50 waits for a utility bill (T&C 20, bonus terms 23, 24).
6. "Promotional abuser". For a player identified as one, the casino "reserves the right in its unfettered discretion to void any winnings and refund the original deposit" (T&C 20).
7. Several browsers. Playing in several browsers at once forfeits all winnings and terminates the account (T&C 13).
8. Idle account. After 12 months without a login, "Any remaining balance in the account will be automatically forfeited"; with no real-money deposit, after 60 days (T&C 21).

Also in these terms: balances withheld after a chargeback "and any related accounts" closed, photo ID, proof of address and photos of every card before the first payout, "The decision of the Casino shall be final and binding", no outside dispute body named. Full terms →
