What to look at in PokieSurf's own terms:
- 30% surcharge. The casino "shall impose an additional 30% surcharge upon extraction if the aggregate stake sum is less than the sum of the preliminary contribution" (T&C 6.5). "Preliminary contribution" is not defined.
- Payouts. At most "$1,000" in any 24 hours, "$5,000" in 7 days and "$15,000" in 30 days, "unless a greater sum has been concurred by us" (T&C 6.11).
- VPN or proxy. Once the casino "observes" a VPN, proxy or similar service, "we are authorized to obstruct the participant’s Profile with relinquishment of all Profile equilibriums without prior alert" (T&C 9.3).
- Bonus hunters. Accounts are sorted "at its judgment"; a player classed an "incentive pursuer" has "all proceeds and incentives" annulled and "the disbursement not handled" (T&C 7.4).
- Wagering. Each welcome offer needs 40 times the bonus (offers), and the Help Center says it can be wagered "only by playing slots" (Help Center). The default is 45 times (T&C 16.10.2.10); no max bet or max cashout is stated.
- One month or 60 days. Bonus money runs 60 days as standard (T&C 16.10.2.9), yet any bonus "not utilized within 1 month" can be removed (T&C 7.2). A withdrawal request cancels an active bonus (Help Center).
- "Our determination is conclusive." Complaints go by e-mail to the casino's own support, and the casino decides (T&C 13.3); the terms name Curaçao law and no outside dispute body (T&C 14.5).
Also in these terms: one account per address, IP and device, duplicate-account winnings forfeited, no third-party deposits, each deposit bet once before a payout, ID with both sides valid 6 more months, a photo holding it and a bank statement under 3 months before any payout, payouts only to a bank account in the profile's country, bonus winnings annulled for roulette bets covering 24 or more numbers. About
Anjouan’s register is the only one that ties the PokieSurf name to a company: it lists pokiesurf.club under Lightsoft Solution Ltd, which the casino’s own pages do not name, and those pages name no company or licence at all (Verified, anjouangaming.com and site read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026 → Licences).
T&C 14.5 place the rules under “the statutes of Curacao”, while the Gaming Curaçao validator returned “LICENSE NOT FOUND” for three PokieSurf hosts (Verified, 16 Oct 2026 → Licences). ACMA asked providers to block Pokie Surf on 08 Feb 2023, and 4 of the 5 hosts with the brand in the name on its list opened the casino from Sydney on 16 Oct 2026 (Verified, acma.gov.au, one Sydney connection → ACMA, Domains). The Help Center says “We don’t charge any fees”, while T&C 6.5 add a surcharge when stakes fall below a “preliminary contribution” the T&C do not define (Verified, 16 Oct 2026 → Terms).
