What to look at in Rooli's own terms:
- Weekly and monthly caps. Withdrawals are capped at AUD 8,500 in any rolling 7 days and AUD 40,000 in any rolling 30 days (T&C 11.7).
- Wagering 45x and a 5x cap. Deposit bonuses carry "a minimum of 45x wagering" and a maximum withdrawal of 5 times the bonus; no-deposit bonuses 50x and 2 times (bonus terms 1.13).
- Max bet AUD 8. "Breaching the maximum bet rule leads to all winnings from the bonus being confiscated and the deposit refunded" (bonus terms 2.2).
- Restricted countries. Players breaking the restricted-country policy "are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals"; the list does not name Australia (T&C 2.4).
- Dormant accounts. "We reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €10 (or currency equivalent), deducted from your remaining balance" (T&C 12.1).
- Two weeks, twice. If the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (T&C 8.4); failing verification within two weeks of the casino's request means "account termination and funds confiscation" (T&C 9.3).

About
ACMA issued formal warnings dated 5 Sep 2024 to Dama N.V. and Strukin Limited as providers of the Rooli service, while the Rooli T&C and the Tobique seal page now name Novatrix SRL (Verified, ACMA warning PDFs and T&C read 27 Oct 2026 → ACMA, Licences).
Playfina and Oshi name Novatrix SRL too, and ACMA issued a formal warning dated 26 Oct 2022 to Dama N.V. as the provider of services including Oshi Casino (Verified, read 27 Oct 2026). T&C 2.4 deny "refunds or withdrawals" to players from restricted countries; that list does not name Australia and AUD is an accepted currency (Verified, T&C version 2.6, read from Sydney 27 Oct 2026 → Terms). ACMA asked ISPs to block Rooli on 17 Oct 2024, and four hosts with the brand in the name are on its list (our list check, 25 Oct 2026 → ACMA).
