SpinBet Dossier

What to look at in SpinBet's own terms:

1. Visa payouts. “For Visa, the following countries are not supported: USA, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore” (T&C 12.3.1).
2. Caps without a currency. “The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is $50,000 per month”, and winnings over “$10,000 per day” trigger extra checks; the T&C do not say which currency “$” means (T&C 12.6, 12.11).
3. Wagering. Free spins carry 40x; for deposit bonuses the terms name a wagering term and a maximum bet but give neither figure (bonus terms 4.1, 6.1).
4. Goodwill win caps. Goodwill-bonus winnings are capped by VIP level, from AUD 500 to AUD 10,000; “any excess winnings will be automatically forfeited” (bonus terms 5.1–5.2).
5. Deposit and costs. The deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal, and “The Casino reserves the right to charge you the costs of transaction processing for deposit and withdrawals” (T&C 10.8).
6. Dormant accounts. After 12 months, “the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent in another currency” (T&C 14.1).
7. Phone and video checks. If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked; for documents not in Latin or Cyrillic script, the “casino reserves the right to demand video verification” (T&C 9.9, 10.5).
