What to look at in Spirit Casino's own terms:
- Withdrawal limits in euros. Minimum AUD 30; maximum EUR 3,000 a week and EUR 15,000 a month (T&C 11.1, 11.9). Intermediary bank charges are “in our experience limited to the equivalent of EUR 16” (T&C 11.14).
- Wagering x50 in 7 days. “Bonus and free spins must be wagered 50 times before player can order a withdrawal”, and the bonus expires 7 days after issue (bonus terms).
- Bonus win caps. “The maximum withdrawal is limited to 5x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer”; no-deposit free-spin winnings are capped at AUD 75 (bonus terms).
- Dormant accounts. After 12 months without login, “the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 25 EUR or the equivalent in another currency” (T&C 12.1).
- Two weeks after a withdrawal request. If “we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, your account will be locked” (T&C 8.4).
