Clubhouse Dossier

What to look at in Clubhouse's terms:

1. Weekly and monthly caps only. "Weekly (rolling 7-day): €/$ 7,500 (or equivalent)", "Monthly: €/$ 15,000 (or equivalent)"; minimum AUD 30. Above a method's limit "payouts may be split into multiple installments" (T&C 11.1, 11.8).
2. USD 50,000 profit a day. Profit in one UTC day is capped at USD 50,000 for non-VIP users and USD 100,000 for VIP users; "any excess profits may, at our discretion, be voided entirely" (T&C 11.8).
3. No general wagering multiple, AUD 8 maximum bet. Each offer states its own multiple. Winnings from any bonus stop at EUR 1,000 unless the offer says otherwise; bets are capped at AUD 8, including bet doubling and bought bonus rounds (bonus terms).
4. AUD 75 or 100 from a no-deposit bonus. T&C 11.7 cap no-deposit winnings at AUD 75; another paragraph and the bonus terms cap them at "$/€ 100 or currency equivalent" (T&C 11.7, bonus terms).
5. Deposits bet 3 times. Each deposit must be wagered three times before a withdrawal. "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet" (T&C 9.7).
6. EUR 20 a month after a year. After 12 months without login or gameplay "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent)"; a smaller balance is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
7. Arbitration only in Costa Rica. Disputes "shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Costa Rica" (T&C 17).
8. If the casino cannot reach you in two weeks. "If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled" (T&C 8.4).

Also in these terms: accounts sharing an address, household, IP address or device treated as duplicates, verification within two weeks of a request, server logs final, a stated aim to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval, progressive jackpots paid in full, live dealer games not counted in wagering, claims within one year.
