About

The Vegas Now pages read from Sydney on 27 Oct 2026, including the AU terms version 2.3 of 20 Jan 2024 and their PDF copy, name no company and no licence (Verified, 27 Oct 2026 → Licences).

The Curaçao register lists vegasnow.com and vegasnow1.com under licence OGL/2024/164/0246 of Just Entertainment B.V. (Verified, cert.cga.cw, 27 Oct 2026 → Licences). The same number and company sit in a footer text the site serves outside Australia (Unverified: in the page code, not shown to an AU visitor, checked 27 Oct 2026 → Licences). ACMA names Dama N.V. as a provider of Vegas Now, so ACMA, the register and the AU pages give three different answers on who runs the site (Verified, ACMA report Oct–Dec 2025 → ACMA). The AU terms are dated 20 Jan 2024; the ACMA report covers Oct–Dec 2025 (Verified, 27 Oct 2026 → Terms).
