Vegastars Dossier

What to look at in Vegastars' terms:

1. Mastercard payouts: Australia not on the list. Card payouts need a card "issued in a supported country"; the T&C item "3.2" reads "For Mastercard, only the following countries are supported" and lists 26 countries without Australia. Withdrawals go only to the deposit method (T&C 12.3, 12.9).
2. "$50,000 per month", currency not named. "If you win more than $50,000, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of maximum $50,000"; above "$10,000 per day" extra anti-fraud checks apply. Accounts run in AUD, NZD, USD or CAD (T&C 12.6, 12.7, 12.11).
3. "Usually 40x", 5 days. Bonus-spin winnings "have a wagering requirement of usually 40x"; "Unless specified differently, bonus balances have an expiry of 5 days from date of activation". Live casino games count 10% (bonus terms).
4. Bonuses over EUR 250 wait for KYC. Bonuses "which exceed the amount of Eur 250, shall only be credited once you have passed any applicable KYC and/or verification process" (T&C 11.7).
5. Deposit bet once. "Withdrawals cannot be made unless the deposited amount has been wagered at least once" (T&C 12.12).
6. EUR 10 a month after 12 months without a login. For an inactive account, "the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent in another currency" (T&C 14.1).
7. Three days to dispute a bet. "Disputes must be submitted within three (3) days from the date the relevant bet is settled. No claims will be honoured after this period" (T&C 16.4).
8. Phone call, two weeks, Latin or Cyrillic. If the casino is "not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, account will be locked". Documents outside Latin or Cyrillic script: the "casino reserves the right to demand video verification". Bank transfers take "three to five (3 - 5) banking days" (T&C 9.9, 10.5, 12.5).

Also in these terms: no multiple accounts per household, with collusion winnings reclaimed, the right to withdraw offers at any time, the right to terminate an account and cancel payouts on suspected fraud without giving reasons, intermediary bank charges on bank transfers, progressive jackpots paid in full.
