WinSpirit Dossier

What to look at in WinSpirit's own terms:

1. Australia excluded. The terms exclude anyone in "Australia (if physically present in Australia at the time of play)" (T&C, introduction), and an account used from such a country can be blocked with no obligation "to refund or otherwise reimburse you" (T&C 12.13.5).
2. USD 2,000 a request. After any bonus, or a win above about USD 2,000, the casino "has the right to limit such a withdrawal request to a maximum of equivalent to 2 000 USD", about AUD 2,873 (our arithmetic) (T&C 8.3).
3. Payouts. At most AUD 2,500 a week (T&C 7.6.14) and AUD 40,000 a month (T&C 7.6.5), unless activity or status raises them. An AUD 10,000 win takes 4 weeks (our arithmetic).
4. Wagering. Cash bonuses and free-spin winnings need 40 times within 7 days, on pokies only, and the deposit is played first (bonus terms). An AUD 100 bonus means AUD 4,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
5. Max bet. AUD 7.50 a bet during wagering, bought bonus rounds and doubles included (bonus terms); the T&C count any bet above 20% of the bonus only up to 20% (T&C 8.2.9).
6. Two no-deposit caps. AUD 75 in the bonus terms, welcome free spins AUD 300 and each deposit bonus AUD 3,000 (bonus terms); the T&C say the equivalent of USD 50 (T&C 8.3).
7. Idle account. After 6 months without a transaction, USD 10 a month (about AUD 14, our arithmetic) "which may eventually bring the balance to zero" (T&C 7.7.4).
8. One calendar month. Documents not sent within one calendar month of a request let the casino "seize the User’s account balance and close the User's account" (T&C 12.15).

Also in these terms: one account per person, house, address, phone, IP, family and device, each deposit wagered 3 times before a withdrawal, bonuses removed if unused for 30 days, active bonuses lost on a withdrawal request, deposits from another person's account, payouts split across deposit methods, Curaçao law and courts, a mediator "nominated by the director of the Provider".
