Watch out

What to look at in A Big Candy's own terms:

  1. Payouts. Every withdrawal carries a processing fee of up to AUD 40; at most AUD 5,000 per rolling 7 days, requested in steps of AUD 2,500, or AUD 10,000 for VIP4 and VIP5 (Finance tab).
  2. Payout time. Review takes seven to ten business days and payment up to 10 more; without documents and payment details inside that review window "all withdrawals will be denied" (Finance tab).
  3. Wagering. Bonuses and the deposits made to claim them need 30 times deposit plus bonus on pokies, 60 times on table games and video poker; the casino's own example is AUD 6,000 in bets on AUD 100 with a 100% bonus (Rules tab).
  4. Free-chip cap. Free chips under AUD 50 pay out "no more than, nor less than" AUD 100, and the bonus amount is taken off every withdrawal (Rules tab).
  5. Public comments. For "untrue and/or malicious comments" the casino reserves the right to publicise the player's identity and email and pass them to other casinos, banks and card companies (T&C, General 19).

Also in these terms: an account terminated "at any time and for any reason" with winnings cancelled "under any and all conditions", professional play, bonus abuse, winnings void on barred games, one real account, a card authorisation form and a verification deposit, a 2% fee on card deposits, game complaints within 14 days, casino decisions as final, RTG's Central Dispute System. About

RTG is the only outside party in A Big Candy’s terms: the complaint route they name is the Central Dispute System, “a 3rd party dispute system established by RTG”, the studio behind all 274 games in its lobby, and Wicked Plays links the same system (Verified, terms and lobby data, 14 Oct 2026 → Terms).

The site names no company or licence, and sign-up runs through Inclave, which the casino does not explain (Verified, FAQ and footer, 14 Oct 2026 → Licences). The banking page calls processing “the shortest in the industry”, while the Finance terms allow up to ten business days for review and ten more for payment after approval (Verified, 14 Oct 2026 → Terms).
