At a glance
Watch out
What to look at in Wicked Plays' own terms:
- Weekly cap. 5,000 a week per player in the account currency, and a new player's first withdrawal stops at 1,000; card payouts of 500 or less may cost up to 35, and withdrawals take 2 to 5 business days and stay reversible in that time (T&C, General). A 20,000 win takes 4 weeks after the first payout (our arithmetic).
- Wagering. The first two deposit bonuses need 40 times deposit plus bonus, and the bonus is "sticky (it cannot be withdrawn directly)" (T&C, Welcome Offer). A deposit of 100 with a bonus of 300 means 16,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
- Max bet. "Placing a bet exceeding $9 while using a bonus code with a $9 bet limit will void all winnings", side bets and double-ups included (T&C, Match Bonus).
- Free-bonus cap. Free-money bonuses and free spins pay out at most 100 in the account currency, which is also their minimum payout (T&C, Free Bonuses).
- One withdrawal per match bonus. Once a withdrawal is started, "any winnings remaining in the live balance will be considered null and void" (T&C, Welcome Offer).
- Fraud or chargeback. On suspected fraud or a chargeback the casino may "withhold any funds exceeding your initial deposit" (T&C, General).
- Comments about the casino. For "false or malicious comments about the Company" the casino may disclose the player's identity and email to other casinos, banks and authorities (T&C, General).
- Verification deposit. Each deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal; after 90 days without a deposit, or after a first no-deposit win, a new deposit of 25 wagered once comes first (T&C, General).
Also in these terms: one real account per player and household, a minimum age of 21, deposits only in the player's name, a photo holding ID, both sides of every card, a utility bill under 3 months and a signed authorisation form before payouts with review starting only when all are in, documents checked for AI edits, Bitcoin payouts only from crypto deposits, game disputes in writing within 14 days with the server record final. About
Wicked Plays was renamed from Wicked Pokies in 2026, and on 14 Oct 2026 wickedpokies.com opened wickedplays.com from Australia while the game lobby still ran on a wickedpokies.com subdomain titled “Wicked Pokies” (Verified, web archive and read from Sydney → Domains).
No page names a company or licence, and the only outside party in the footer is the Central Dispute System of the RTG casino network, the complaint route also named by A Big Candy (Verified, footer, 14 Oct 2026 → Licences). The FAQ names Spin Logic as the software and the lobby names RTG, and the FAQ gives 24 hours to reverse a pending withdrawal where the terms give the whole 2–5 days (Verified, 14–16 Oct 2026 → Terms).
