FastPay Dossier

What to look at in FastPay's own terms:

1. Withdrawal caps. AUD 7,500 a day and AUD 75,000 a month; above AUD 75,000 “we reserve the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of 75 000 AUD” (T&C). The FAQ counts a day as 24 hours from the last request.
2. Wagering in 48 hours. Bonus money must be wagered 50 times within 48 hours, “otherwise, the bonus and all winnings will be forfeited”. The casino’s example: “if a new player deposits 100 AUD, they have to wager 5000 AUD (100x50)” (bonus terms).
3. Max bet AUD 10. No bets above AUD 10 until a bonus is wagered; going over means “the bonus and all winnings received before meeting the wagering requirements can be canceled” (bonus terms).
4. No-deposit spins. “all winnings from any kind of no deposit free spins are limited to 75 AUD”, unless an offer says otherwise (bonus terms).
5. First-deposit cap. “Maximum cashout from the cash part of the bonus is capped at 10x the bonus amount” (bonus terms). The home page advertises the same offer “with no maximum win cap on the bonus”.
6. Deposit played 3 times. The deposit must be wagered 3 times in pokies or 10 times in table or live games; an earlier payout “can be processed with a 10% fee with the approval of our administration” (FAQ).
7. Dormant accounts. After 12 months without login or play, “we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of 20 EUR (or currency equivalent)”; a smaller balance is taken whole (T&C).
8. Two weeks after a withdrawal request. “If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled” (T&C).
