- AUD 4,500 a day at the lowest tier. Deposits up to AUD 4,500: at most AUD 4,500 a day, AUD 15,000 a week, AUD 45,000 a month; minimum AUD 45. Larger amounts "will be paid out in instalments", by a method chosen "at our sole discretion" (T&C 11.1, 11.5, 11.8).
- Wagering 40 times, winnings capped. Bets of 40 times the deposit bonus plus free-spin winnings, within 14 days. Deposit-bonus winnings stop at 5 times the deposit and AUD 7,500; the excess "cannot be withdrawn and will be canceled" (bonus terms).
- AUD 1.5 maximum bet. The cap is AUD 1.5 on the first deposit bonus and the Wednesday free spins, AUD 7.5 on other bonuses, and includes bet doubling and bought bonus rounds (bonus terms).
- AUD 75 from a no-deposit bonus. Sign-up no-deposit bonuses and free spins pay at most AUD 75, only after one deposit; the excess "will be confiscated in favor of the Casino" (bonus terms, T&C 11.7).
- Deposits bet 3 times. Each deposit must be wagered three times before a withdrawal. "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet" (T&C 9.7).
- EUR 20 a month after a year. After 12 months without login or gameplay "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent)"; a smaller balance is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
- Arbitration only in Costa Rica. Disputes "shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Costa Rica" (T&C 17).
- If the casino cannot reach you in two weeks. "If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled" (T&C 8.4).
