At a glance
Watch out
What to look at in Leon's own terms, casino rules and offer pages:
- Payouts in euros. Caps follow cumulative deposits: below EUR 500, EUR 250 a week and EUR 1,000 a month; at the top tier EUR 1,000 and EUR 4,000 "(or by arrangement)", and users can be reclassified "at its discretion" (T&C 4.13). EUR 250 is about AUD 400 (our arithmetic).
- 5% of deposits. If play on the account is "lacking or deemed to be insufficient", the casino may keep 5% of the deposits (T&C 4.19, 7.5).
- Other payout method. A withdrawal to a method not used for deposits can be refused "in favour of the original payment method"; the minimums are in EUR, USD, KZT, UAH and RUB, none in AUD (T&C 4.17).
- Welcome bonus. Bets of 30 times the bonus within 10 days, then "up to 1x the received bonus amount" moves to the main balance; free-spin winnings need 25 times within 24 hours and pay up to AUD 100 (welcome offer).
- High Roller bonus. 35 times within 7 days, then up to 3 times the bonus and no more than AUD 45,000 (High Roller offer). The offer does not mention the euro caps of T&C 4.13.
- Max bet and bonus buys. AUD 7 a bet while wagering from the bonus balance; buying bonus rounds or free spins "may result in the loss of all funds in your bonus balance" (casino rules).
- Bonus abuse. For abuse or attempted abuse the casino is "under no obligation to refund any balance that may be in the accounts of such a user, including the original deposit amount" (casino rules).
- 30 working days. A play check "can take up to 30 working days" in some cases, with payments suspended; no payout time is stated (T&C 7.8).
Also in these terms: account closed and balance withheld on suspected cheating, full wagering of card, terminal and instant-payment deposits, ID after sign-up and more documents during a withdrawal, LEON management's bonus decisions as "binding and not subject to appeal", complaints answered within 4 weeks plus 4, no outside dispute body named. About
Moonlite N.V., Jade Reef Ventures Corp. and Bluewave Interactive N.V. are the three companies ACMA named as providers of the Leon service, in warnings dated 22 Jan 2025, 17 Nov 2025 and 21 May 2026, and only Jade Reef also holds an Anjouan licence stated on a Leon footer (Verified, acma.gov.au and anjouangaming.com, 16 Oct 2026 → ACMA, Licences).
One mailbox runs through the records: ACMA’s warning to Bluewave Interactive N.V. is addressed to info@leonbets.com, the support address on the Leon home page, and the Anjouan register lists leonbets.com under Jade Reef (Verified, 16 Oct 2026 → Licences). The address an Australian visitor lands on, leon168.bet, names no company and no licence, so the companies above appear only on other Leon hosts and in ACMA’s records (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026 → Domains).
