Ozwin Dossier

What to look at in Ozwin Casino's own terms:

1. Payouts. Bank wire from AUD 100 with a AUD 50 fee, courier cheque from AUD 210 with AUD 85, Bitcoin and eZeeWallet from AUD 100 free (banking page); the casino picks the method (T&C 14.1). Up to AUD 7,500 a week, a limit the casino may set "higher or lower" (promotional terms 28).
2. Wagering. Deposit bonuses need 35 times deposit plus bonus: AUD 10,500 on AUD 100 with a AUD 200 bonus (our arithmetic). Free bonuses need 60 times on pokies; playing an excluded game first lets the casino void all winnings and close the account (promotional terms 5, 16).
3. Max bet. Betting above AUD 10 during a bonus means "any promotion winnings voided"; red or black bets on roulette, and European roulette with a bonus, void winnings too (promotional terms, opening rule and 14).
4. Free-money caps. Free-money promotions pay at most AUD 180 and no-deposit bonuses 5 times the bonus (promotional terms 15, 22). A free-bonus cash-out of AUD 25 to AUD 50 waits for a utility bill matching the registered address (promotional terms 23).
5. Free-bonus deadlines. Bonus or cashback winnings are forfeited if no withdrawal is started within 150 days of the coupon, and a player whose last deposit is older than three months gets no withdrawal from a free bonus (promotional terms 13, 21).
6. Deposit bet once. A deposit not wagered at least once before a withdrawal costs an administration fee of 15% (T&C 4.3, 14.3).
7. Idle account. After 12 months without activity "any remaining balance in that account may be voided"; management may restore it "at its discretion" if play resumes (T&C 17).
8. Public comments. For "untrue, defamatory, or malicious comments" the casino reserves the right to publicise the statements and share identifying details with other operators, financial institutions or authorities (T&C 19.3).

Also in these terms: account closure "for any reason at any time", conduct at any other online casino, professional or group play, one real account per player name, a card in another name needing an authorisation letter and the owner's ID, chargebacks or "adverse payment history", store bonuses expiring after 7 days, free bonus links shared on forums not honoured, proof of identity, address and source of funds, disputes in writing within 14 days, the server record as the final authority.
