Watch out
What to look at in ReefSpins' own terms:
- Payouts. Per payout: bank 5,000, Visa 3,000, crypto 2,500 in the account currency, AUD or USD (the site writes "$") (Payments FAQ). EUR 15,000 a month for standard players, about AUD 24,335 (our arithmetic) (T&C 9.6), and the limits are "general guidelines" (T&C 9.9).
- Payout fees. One withdrawal a day is free; more within 24 hours can cost up to 7% (T&C 9.11). A deposit not bet once costs 8% on the withdrawal, at least EUR 4 (T&C 9.2).
- Wagering. The welcome offer needs 30 times within 7 days, without saying whether the deposit counts (welcome offer). A reload says 45 times in 3 days on the offer page and 30 times deposit plus bonus in 7 days in the terms (T&C 13.5); the site does not say which applies.
- Max bet. "$10" on the welcome offer (welcome offer), EUR 5 (about AUD 8, our arithmetic) in the terms (T&C 13.9). A bigger bet adds 10 times to the wagering (T&C 13.10).
- Two caps for one bonus. The sign-up bonus pays at most EUR 20 in one clause and EUR 100 in another (T&C 13.18, 13.26). Welcome winnings stop at EUR 1,000 (T&C 13.19), while T&C 13.12 says max cashout applies to all bonuses "excluding the Welcome Bonus".
- Suspected abuse. On suspected bonus abuse or "irregular betting behaviour", the casino is "not obligated to refund you for any remaining balance in your accounts above the sums of your initial deposits" (T&C 13.24).
- Withdrawing with a bonus. Withdrawing the deposit while a bonus is active means "all your bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited" (T&C 9.8).
- Three days. "Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days" of the wager being decided (T&C 24.4); the casino's liability stops at the stake or EUR 500, whichever is lower (T&C 16.2).
Also in these terms: VPN or proxy banned, one bonus per household, family, address, email or IP, payouts to the deposit method, a EUR 50 fee per chargeback, EUR 5 a month after 12 idle months, money under the minimum lost on closing, photo ID, address proof, a selfie and a card photo before payouts, Curaçao law. About
ReefSpins’ About page says it began in 2022 as Reef Reels and changed owner in 2024, and ACMA’s formal warning of 14 Jun 2023 named Digibrite S.R.L. as a provider of Reef Reels and of Royal Reels (Verified, About page 14 Oct 2026, ACMA warning PDF → ACMA).
Its Curaçao claim, “sublicense N.V #365/JAZ”, uses the same words as the Royal Reels FAQ, and neither that claim nor the licensing body its T&C name, “Gaming Services Provider N.V.”, matches a register entry (Verified, registers read 14 Oct 2026 → Licences). A promotion of Aug 2026 titled “4 YEARS” counts from 2022, while the first archived page under the ReefSpins name is from 20 May 2024 (Verified, web archive; launch year Unverified → Since).
