Watch out
What to look at in Royal Reels' own terms:
- Deposit play-through. Deposits must be played "1x for PayID, 3x for Credit Card" (T&C, Withdrawals 4). The Pay-Outs page asks 3 times at odds of 1.80, or the casino may "cancel the respective deposit(s)" and close the account (Pay-Outs page).
- Wagering. 40 times the bonus, table and live games at 3%, and no deposit or withdrawal while a bonus is active; no time limit and no maximum bet are set (bonus terms). The FAQ's own example: an AUD 100 bonus means "the player will need to wager $4000".
- No-deposit cap. The bonus terms leave the cap on the AUD 10 sign-up bonus to the bonus screen "when you activate it" (bonus terms); the FAQ opens promotions only after the mobile number is verified by SMS.
- Phone check. A phone check found "unsatisfactory" lets the casino close the account and confiscate winnings, and withdrawals need KYC documents (AML policy); the FAQ says no documents are asked for "in 99% of cases".
- Linked accounts. The AML policy allows one account per person, family, house or building, phone number or device; at a withdrawal "all accounts will be closed", and deposited funds can be withheld (AML policy). The FAQ speaks of one account per IP.
- Payout time. The T&C promise only "as fast as possible" (T&C, Withdrawals 1); the FAQ says "within 7 business days".
Also in these terms: "strategies" banned while a bonus is active, an account suspended and funds withheld on a suspected breach, withdrawals delayed or refused during an investigation, one bonus per email or IP address, transaction voids that "may not be contested", one Live Baccarat table at a time, winnings cancelled on another person's e-wallet, the casino's decision on advantage play as final, no outside dispute body named. About
Royal Reels names three regulators on its own pages, PAGCOR, the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and a “365/JAZ” sublicence, and no register we opened lists Digibrite SRL, the company its FAQ names (Verified, read from Sydney 16 Oct 2026, registers opened 15 Oct 2026 → Licences).
ACMA’s formal warning of 14 Jun 2023 named Digibrite S.R.L. as a provider of Royal Reels and of Reef Reels, the earlier name of ReefSpins by that site’s own account (Verified, ACMA warning PDF → ACMA). The Pay-Outs page sets a deposit rule at odds of 1.80 per event, while the lobby data showed the sportsbook switched off for an Australian connection (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026 → Terms). The Pokies shows PAGCOR in its T&C, the same 365/JAZ wording and the same odds rule (Verified, 14 Oct 2026 → Licences).
Overview
- Address.

Under "Looking for the current website address?" the home page points players to a Telegram channel. - Open to Australians. The home page title reads "Online Pokies & Live Casino AU", and Sign Up opened for an Australian connection with no country block; nothing was submitted (Verified, 16 Oct 2026). The FAQ says "The default currency for our platform is AUD". T&C Usage 1b leaves it to the player: "You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws."
- Operator. The home page FAQ says Royal Reels "is owned and operated by Digibrite SRL". The T&C name no company, address or registration number (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026). ACMA names Digibrite S.R.L. as provider of Royal Reels (see Problems).
- Licence: none on record. The casino makes four statements on different pages, none with a seal or a link to a regulator (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026):
- T&C General 1 says its activities are "regulated by the laws of PAGCOR".
- Home page FAQ: "Royal Reels is fully licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board."
- "Why play" page and home page: "now proudly brandish the Seal of Approval from Curaçao Gaming Control Board"; the footer carries no image at all.
- FAQ: "we are licensed by the Curacao government under sublicense N.V #365/JAZ".
- Registers opened on 15 Oct 2026: the Curaçao Gaming Authority's OGL register, enforcement register and Art. 517 certificate list, the Anjouan register, the Tobique licence holders and the Kahnawake permit holders name neither Digibrite nor a Royal Reels address. The PAGCOR offshore gaming page showed a "page not found" error on 15 Oct 2026.
- Since 2023. The web archive's first Royal Reels casino copy of
royalreels.comis dated 16 Apr 2023. Ahrefs estimates Google search traffic to the domain at over 100 visits a month for three months running from May 2023 (estimate, read 16 Oct 2026). Two dated sources agree, so 2023 is Verified. The casino's own claim is two years earlier: it states 2021 (T&C General 1, home page FAQ). - Games. The lobby showed an Australian visitor 9,042 games from 68 studios. The largest were Pragmatic Play (786), KA Gaming (685), Play'n GO (464), Hacksaw (384) and Wazdan (374). The casino's own lobby data showed its sportsbook switched off for an Australian connection (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026). The home page claims "8,500+" games and the "Why play" page "5,500+".
Payments
The figures are the casino's own statements, read from Sydney on 16 Oct 2026, and they disagree with each other. No payout was tested and the cashier opens only after sign-up, which we did not do, so no real payout time or method list is on record.
- Methods. The home page names Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC) for deposits and bank transfer for withdrawals, and says "PayID is not currently available".
- Payout time: three answers. FAQ: "In all cases your withdrawal will be processed within 7 business days". Home page and "Why play" page: "Usually, withdrawals proceed within 5-6 hours." T&C Withdrawals 1: "as fast as possible however some withdrawals may take longer than others".
- Deposit limits. Minimum AUD 30 (FAQ). Maximum per transaction by card or bank AUD 2,000 on the home page and AUD 1,000 on the "Why play" page; crypto deposits have "no minimum" (home page).
- Withdrawal limits. The home page names bank transfers of AUD 50 to AUD 9,000 per transaction. The T&C name no minimum and no maximum.
- Fees. T&C Withdrawals 5: "We don’t charge any fees in regards to withdrawals". The Pay-Outs page: "In every case Royal Reels reserves the right to hold/charge costs which can occur after each procedure (transaction fees, court costs etc.)."
- Unplayed deposit: two rules. T&C Withdrawals 4: a player "must play through the deposited amounts before the withdrawal (1x for PayID, 3x for Credit Card)", while PayID is "not currently available". The Pay-Outs page asks for deposits to be "played three (3) times in odds 1.80 (per event)", a sports-betting condition on a site whose sportsbook is off for Australians (see Overview). On "suspicion of abuse (for instance, where a deposited amount has not been used for an appropriate level of game play …)", the casino "reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the respective deposit(s) in part or in full, to retract any costs that may have resulted in conjunction therewith and to close the Royal Reels account indefinitely".
- Third-party wallets. If a deposit comes from someone else's e-wallet, "all winnings made after the deposit with this electronic payment account are canceled" (Pay-Outs page 5).
Terms
The T&C, bonus terms and policies read from Sydney on 16 Oct 2026 show no version or date. No earlier copy is on record, so no change can be dated yet.
- Wagering x40. "All bonuses have a wager requirement of 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified" (bonus terms). The FAQ's own example: a "$100" deposit with a "$100" bonus, after which "the player will need to wager $4000 before being able to withdraw".
- Two examples for one offer. For an AUD 30 deposit with the welcome bonus, the home page says "$1,200 in qualifying bets"; the "Why play" page says "$900 in bets".
- What counts. Pokies 100%; table games and live dealers 3% (bonus terms).
- Not stated. The bonus terms give no maximum bet and no time limit for wagering.
- Welcome offer. 100% up to AUD 500 from a deposit of AUD 30, x40 (promotions page). The home page banner adds "+ 50 FREE SPINS" and the "Why play" page "50 free spins"; the promotions page and the bonus terms do not mention spins.
- No-deposit chip. AUD 10, x40, "maximum withdrawal $200" (promotions page); "Any excess amount will be forfeited prior to withdrawal" (bonus terms).
- Bonus locks the balance. "The Player cannot deposit or withdraw until the wagering requirement of an active bonus has been completed, or they choose to forfeit the bonus." Forfeiting removes "the bonus money and any accumulated winnings" (bonus terms).
- Strategies. If the casino believes a player's "strategies" aim "solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage", "the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings" (bonus terms).
- Who gets a bonus. One bonus per person, "email or IP" (bonus terms). The Promotions section opens only after the mobile number is verified by SMS (FAQ).
- KYC (identity checks): two answers. FAQ: "So in 99% of cases, we will never ask for any verification documents", except where it suspects "fake details or fraudulent payment methods". AML policy: "Withdrawal requests must be made through a Player Account, and the Company will request KYC documentation to verify the Player's identity." T&C Withdrawals 7: "We reserve the right to check your identity before processing payouts and hold funds for the time needed to validate documentation."
- Phone checks and unusual activity. If a phone verification is "unsatisfactory", the casino "may close the Player Account and confiscate any winnings". After unusual deposits or activity the account is suspended, and without documents "within 30 days, the account will be terminated" (AML policy).
- One account per IP and household. FAQ: "We strictly only allow one account per IP." AML policy: one account "per person, family, or shared environment, such as a house or building, mailing address, phone number, IP address, or device"; at a withdrawal, "If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed".
- Dormancy. No dormancy rule in the documents read.
- Disputes. No complaints page. Refund Policy 9: contact Customer Service first, and "the account stored on the server will act as the final evidence in determining the outcome of any claim". Applicable law: "the laws of Curacao" (Refund Policy 1). Contact: support@royalreels.email.
- Self-exclusion: three periods. Responsible Gambling page: the account "will remain closed for up to one year". Self-Exclusion page: "7, 14, 30, 60 and 90 days or even for indefinite period of time". FAQ: a suspension "is nonnegotiable".
Problems
- ACMA formal warning. On 14 Jun 2023 ACMA issued Digibrite S.R.L. a formal warning under s 64A of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. It found that, as a provider of Royal Reels, Digibrite S.R.L. "has contravened subsection 15(2A) of the IGA by providing prohibited interactive gambling services to customers physically present in Australia". The investigation began on 8 May 2023; the casino was then at
royalreels.com(Verified, ACMA warning PDF). - ACMA block. On 26 Jul 2023 ACMA named Royal Reels among sites it asked Australian internet providers to block (Verified, ACMA release of 26 Jul 2023).
- ACMA reports on alternate hosts. ACMA's quarterly reports list
royalreels.comandroyalreels1.com(Jul–Sep 2023),royalreels2.com(Oct–Dec 2023),royalreels3.com(Jan–Mar 2024),royalreels4.com(Apr–Jun 2024),royalreels5.com(Jul–Sep 2024) androyalreels6.com(Oct–Dec 2024) among blocked sites, which "include alternate sites set up to evade the blocks" (Verified, acma.gov.au). - Listed hosts still redirect. ACMA's list of 14 Oct 2026 held 22 hosts with the brand in the name. From Sydney on 16 Oct 2026, 19 of them (
royalreels.comand 18 numbered hosts) redirected toroyalreels25.com;royal-reels.comshowed a default server page;royalreelsonlinecasino.comandroyalsreelscasino.comwere not checked (Verified, acma.gov.au and our Sydney probe). - Three regulators, none on record. PAGCOR in the T&C, the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and its "Seal of Approval" on the home and "Why play" pages, sublicence 365/JAZ in the FAQ; no seal is shown and no register we opened names Digibrite or Royal Reels (see Overview).
- VPN. The FAQ, read from Sydney on 16 Oct 2026, answers "Can I use a VPN to get around region blocked games?" with "Yes you can! … we see there being no harm done by using a VPN to bypass these blocks."
- Payouts: statements that disagree. "Within 7 business days" against "5-6 hours"; a deposit cap of AUD 2,000 or AUD 1,000; a PayID playthrough rule while PayID is unavailable, and an odds rule with account closure on a site without a sportsbook for Australians (see Payments).
- Terms that disagree. KYC documents "in 99% of cases" never asked against the AML policy's documents at withdrawal; two bet totals for one welcome example; three self-exclusion periods (see Terms).
- Text from other businesses. The Pay-Outs page speaks of "Trading Account(s)" and carries a stray "21/42 CIF 182/12"; the T&C call Royal Reels "a leading online bookmaker"; the FAQ says "You can play any slots on Jackpot Casino" (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026).
- User reports. Trustpilot,
royalreels.com, read 15 Oct 2026: TrustScore 1.8 from 176 user reports. Recent reviews from Australia describe withdrawals delayed or refused and accounts closed at withdrawal (User report, not verified). - Not Royal Reels.
royal-reelsaus.comwrites as if it were the casino; its button ends onroyalreels25.comwith an affiliate tag.royalreelsau.it.comends on another casino,joinvegasnow.com.royalreels.aiandau-royalreels.orgare guide and blog sites with no casino button (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026). - Not answered yet: how long payouts take in practice; which payment methods the cashier offers Australians; which regulator, if any, licenses Royal Reels; the maximum bet and time limit for bonus wagering.
Verdict
Royal Reels serves Australians in AUD; 22 hosts with the brand in the name are on ACMA's list of 14 Oct 2026, and ACMA warned its named operator, Digibrite S.R.L., in Jun 2023. The site names PAGCOR, the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and a 365/JAZ sublicence, and no register we opened lists Digibrite or Royal Reels. Its terms ask for x40 with no stated maximum bet or deadline, lock deposits and withdrawals while a bonus is active, and give payout times from "5-6 hours" to "7 business days".
