Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering as a Ripper Casino member (also referred to as “Ripper,” “we,” “us,” or “the Casino”) and wagering, you fully accept and understand that all of the following terms and conditions apply.
By accepting and playing any promotional offers, the user confirms that the promotional terms and conditions have been read, printed, understood, and agreed to.
License: Ripper Casino grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable sub-license to use our software for wagering purposes only.
Eligibility: Ripper Casino services are strictly limited to individuals of legal age who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is not prohibited by law. Minors are strictly forbidden from playing.
Real Money Casino: The Casino operates on real money; thus, all user winnings and losses are denominated in real currency. Users who wish to play for fun may log in to their account in fun mode.
Game Monitoring: All games at Ripper Casino are continuously monitored. We track and review each hand, roll, slot pull, or spin for each game offered.
Game Interruptions: In the event of game interruption or disconnection, the status at the interruption point and the previous game's results will display once the user reconnects. If the Casino server does not receive the user's bet, the user's balance remains unaffected.
Disconnections: The Casino strives to ensure complete protection; however, we are not liable for losses arising from unforeseen disconnections. The user’s account balance is always as recorded on our Casino servers.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be emailed to us within one (1) hour of the event in question.
User Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify Ripper Casino, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents, and retailers from any liabilities, costs, or damages arising from:
(a) Entry, use or reuse of the website.
(b) Use of any website material.
(c) Entry, use or reuse of the Casino server.
(d) Participation in games.
(e) Acceptance of prizes.
Acceptance and Compliance: Users must understand, agree, and comply with these Terms and Conditions fully. Terms may change; users must review them at least monthly.
Single Account Policy: Users are permitted only one active account registered under their name. Any attempt to create or use multiple accounts—whether under the same or differing personal details—is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of all winnings and closure of related accounts. All winnings will only be paid to users holding a verified single account. Exceptions must be explicitly approved by Ripper Casino.
Account Security: Users must keep their account information confidential. The Casino is not liable for issues resulting from compromised account details.
Privacy: User identity and details remain strictly confidential. The Casino will not disclose users' wagering history to third parties.
Taxation: Users are solely responsible for applicable taxes on winnings and prizes.
Changes to Games: The Casino reserves the right to add or remove games at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Promotional Consent: By accepting prizes, users consent to use of their name and photograph for advertising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal Play Only: Gameplay must occur under the user's registered name only. Users are prohibited from playing on behalf of a beneficial owner. Payments may be suspended pending verification.
Withdrawals and Verification: Withdrawals are subject to audit. Users must provide valid proof of identity, address, and payment method details. Failure to submit documentation within four weeks of request may result in account suspension and voiding of winnings. Fraudulent documentation results in immediate account closure and voided winnings.
Payment Methods: Payments will generally return to the original deposit method. The Casino retains discretion regarding withdrawal methods. Payments must only be made to accounts owned and controlled by the user.
Source of Funds: Users may be required to disclose the source of their funds or wealth and provide supporting evidence for their deposits.
Withdrawal Requirements: Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility.
Withdrawal Limits: The maximum withdrawal per customer per week is up to $2,000. Ripper Casino reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over a period of several weeks and reserves the right to determine the final payout limit.
Fraudulent Activity: The Casino reserves the right to withhold payments or services if fraud is suspected, and may levy service charges for fraudulent accounts. All deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal; otherwise, withdrawals may be restricted per clause 20.
Account Closure: The Casino may terminate user accounts at its discretion without notice. Balances may be credited back unless accounts are associated with prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
(a) Multiple active accounts under the same user's name.
(b) Mismatch between registered user name and payment method details.
(c) Mismatch between account holder and beneficial owner of financial instruments.
(d) Breach of promotional terms.
(e) False or misleading registration details.
(f) Underage gambling.
(g) Participation from prohibited jurisdictions.
(h) Allowing others to use the account.
(i) Professional or group play.
(j) Chargebacks or reversed payments.
(k) Cheating or use of systems to manipulate game outcomes.
(l) Failure to verify the account owner's identity conclusively.
Record-Keeping: Users are advised to retain copies of all transaction details, rules, payment methods, and refund policies to avoid future misunderstandings.
Transaction Decisions: Ripper Casino has ultimate discretion regarding qualifying transactions and reserves the right to determine transaction methods.
Changes to Terms: The Casino reserves the right to modify rules or promotions without prior notice.
Country Restrictions for Registration: Players from the following countries may not open an account at Ripper Casino: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Austria, Bahrain, Barbados, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Burundi, China, Curacao, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Japan, Jordan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
(a) Ripper Casino reserves the right to refuse new registrations from the United States.
User Conduct: Abusive, offensive, or deceptive language towards Casino staff or on the platform will result in suspension or termination of account privileges.
Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than six (6) consecutive months will be deemed dormant.
Dormant Account Balances: If an account is deemed dormant, any remaining balance will be automatically voided. Ripper Casino is not obligated to notify users prior to voiding such balances.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, trademarks, logos, designs, and proprietary content found on Ripper Casino’s website or software remain the exclusive property of the Casino or its licensors. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use this content for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability: In addition to the specific limitations already described, the Casino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user access, server failure, software error, or third-party interference. The Casino makes no warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free gameplay.
Chargebacks: In the event that a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, adverse payment history, or other payment-related risk occurs in or in connection with the account, the customer, any related accounts, or any payment method used, Ripper Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or restrict the account while the matter is reviewed. Where such circumstances arise, Ripper Casino may permanently close the account and any related accounts, recover any losses incurred, and withhold, cancel, adjust, or void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the account.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
One Bonus amount per account, customer, household, shared computer, shared IP address.
New accounts are defined as accounts opened by players who have never previously held a Ripper Casino account.
Bonuses for new accounts apply to the first deposit only.
Ripper Casino may run different promotions for new accounts. Only one new player promotion coupon can be claimed per new player account at a time. Promotions may not be combined unless otherwise specified and may be terminated without notice.
Ripper Casino reserves the right to request further documentation and/or withhold bonus amounts.
Accounts must have a valid email address and telephone number to receive bonuses.
Minimum deposit for coupon codes is $20; maximum is $200 unless otherwise stated. Coupon codes apply to one deposit only and must be entered before depositing.
Wagering requirements for deposit bonus coupons are 30x the deposit plus bonus unless otherwise stated.
Slots/Pokies and Keno count toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
Wagers on excluded games before wagering completion void bonus and winnings.
No-deposit coupon wagering requirements are 60x the bonus unless otherwise stated.
Free bonuses (e.g. no-deposit coupons) have a max cash-out of 5x the bonus amount. This rule applies even if a Random Jackpot is hit.
Free bonuses expire 48 hours from redemption. Deposit bonuses expire within 48 to 72 hours from redemption, depending on the specific bonus terms, unless otherwise stated. If wagering requirements are not met by the end of the bonus validity period, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited. The exact expiry and conditions for each bonus are shown in that offer’s description at the time of redemption on the "Bonuses & Rewards" page.
No-deposit bonuses must be redeemed within one month of receipt; birthday bonuses up to one month past the birth date.
Non-compliance constitutes promotion abuse. Ripper Casino may void balances/withdrawals, terminate accounts, and block future offers.
Bonuses are rewards for regular and loyal/VIP players but may be revoked if abused.
Each bonus must be fully wagered before withdrawals. Premature withdrawal requests will be denied.
Additional deposits are prohibited while a bonus is active. Violating this rule voids remaining balance.
Free Spins winnings must be wagered 60x. Max withdrawal is 5x the initial Free Spins value. Free Spins are game-specific.
Customers with no deposits may claim free bonus winnings only once.
Free bonuses have max withdrawal limits. Excess winnings are removed after wagering.
Customers whose last deposit is older than three months are ineligible for free bonus withdrawals.
While a bonus is active, the following maximum bet limits apply per game round, including any “Buy Feature” purchase:
Non-VIP players: maximum allowed bet is $5.
VIP players: maximum allowed bet is $10.
Any bet or “Buy Feature” purchase that exceeds the applicable limit while a bonus is active will void all promotion winnings.
Linked accounts using the same offers will have winnings voided.
Customers cannot claim multiple free bonuses consecutively without real money deposits in between.
Cashback Promotions: Bonus-eligible players can receive 25% cashback on busted deposits of $10+ made without a bonus attached. VIP players qualify for 40% cashback, and deposits made using cryptocurrency are also eligible for 40% cashback regardless of player status. Cashback is subject to a 25x wagering requirement, while cashback for VIP players is subject to a 20x wagering requirement. Cashback can be claimed within 72 hours of busted deposits
Promotions cannot be used with other offers or balances. Offers are only for their intended recipients and are non-transferable.
Players with pending withdrawals cannot receive bonuses until withdrawals are processed or canceled.
LOYALTY POINTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Loyalty points are earned by placing bets on Pokies only.
Bets on other games do not accumulate points.
Points earned on deposits, deposit winnings, or after bonus wagering completion. One point per $10 bet.
Conversion:
Points convert to real money at displayed rates.
Converted funds have 1x playthrough.
Conversion not allowed with an active bonus.
Ripper Casino may void winnings from loyalty points at its discretion.
PROGRESSIVE JACKPOTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Players must be logged into their account to participate in Progressive Jackpot games. Participation is automatic when placing bets on eligible games—no opt-in or opt-out is available.
Each spin includes a mandatory 0.01¢ jackpot bet.
Contributions come from Real Money balances. Free bonuses cannot be used. Free bonus jackpot wins are subject to bonus withdrawal limits.
Jackpots credited as real money unless won with a deposit bonus or cashback, in which case wagering requirements apply.
Bets in Progressive Jackpot Games do not count toward bonus wagering unless specified.
LIVE DEALER GAMES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Can only be played with Real Money balances.

REFUND POLICY
