Ripper Casino Dossier

What to look at in Ripper Casino's own terms:

1. Weekly cap. Up to "$2,000" a week; the casino "reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over a period of several weeks" and to determine "the final payout limit" (T&C, Withdrawal Limits). An AUD 20,000 win takes 10 weeks (our arithmetic).
2. Payout methods. Payouts go only by Bitcoin, eZeeWallet or bank transfer, from AUD 100; a bank transfer costs AUD 50 and may take up to 10 more business days at the bank (Banking page).
3. Wagering. Deposit bonuses need 30 times deposit plus bonus, free bonuses 60 times; only pokies and keno count (T&C, Promotional Terms). The four welcome bonuses need 30 to 40 times within 72 hours (welcome offer).
4. Max bet. "$5" a game round with an active bonus, "$10" for VIPs, bought features included; a bigger bet "will void all promotion winnings" (T&C, Promotional Terms).
5. Cash-out caps. The welcome offer caps deposit-bonus cash-outs at 20 times the bonus: "$100 bonus → $2,000 maximum cashout" (welcome offer); the T&C contain no such cap. Free bonuses and free spins pay out at most 5 times, "even if a Random Jackpot is hit" (T&C, Promotional Terms).
6. Topping up. A deposit made while a bonus is active "voids remaining balance"; a player whose last deposit is older than three months gets no payout from a free bonus (T&C, Promotional Terms).
7. Idle account. After six months without activity the balance "will be automatically voided", and the casino "is not obligated to notify" the player first (T&C, Dormant Account Balances).
8. One hour. "Any disputes must be emailed to us within one (1) hour of the event in question"; the terms name no outside dispute body (T&C, Dispute Resolution).

Also in these terms: one account and one bonus per household, shared computer or IP, each deposit bet once before a withdrawal, payouts to the deposit method, balances and winnings withheld after a chargeback or "adverse payment history" with "any related accounts" closed, accounts closed "at its discretion without notice", photo ID, proof of address within 90 days and a selfie before the first payout, documents not sent within four weeks voiding winnings, casino records as final for live games.
