Crocoslots Dossier

What to look at in Crocoslots' terms:

1. Bank fees up to EUR 16. "If you withdraw via bank transfer, intermediary banks may impose additional fees (typically up to €16)." The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20, and the casino may pay by another method "at our sole discretion" (T&C 11.1, 11.5, 11.11).
2. EUR 2,500 a day, wins over EUR 20,000 in instalments. Caps are EUR 2,500 a day, EUR 5,000 a week, EUR 20,000 a month; above EUR 20,000 "the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments". Daily profit: EUR 50,000 without VIP or at Bronze to Gold, EUR 100,000 at Diamond (T&C 11.8).
3. 45 times the bonus. No-deposit bonuses carry "forty five (45) times the Bonus sum"; the welcome package says "Bonus and free spins must be wagered 45 times", free spins valid "7 days" (bonus terms).
4. EUR 5 maximum bet. "The maximum allowed bet while playing with any bonus is: €5, unless otherwise specified", including bet doubling and bonus rounds bought in the game (bonus terms).
5. No-deposit cap: "75 AUD" or "€/$50". T&C 11.7 caps no-deposit winnings at "75 AUD"; the bonus terms say "€/$50 or currency equivalent" for non-depositing customers and those with no deposit in 30 days. The pages do not say which applies (T&C 11.7, bonus terms).
6. Deposit not bet three times: fee or refusal. "Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount"; "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet" (T&C 9.7).
7. EUR 20 a month after 12 idle months. Once an account is inactive, "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent)"; a balance under EUR 20 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
8. Two weeks, then lock or confiscation. If the casino cannot reach the player "by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled". "Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation" (T&C 8.4, 9.3).
