What to look at in Golden Crown's own terms and cookie bar:
- Outside Australia. The cookie bar on the saved pages reads "In proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia"; the KYC policy "reserves the right to request proof of location at any time", and accounts in breach "will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited" (KYC policy 2).
- Payouts. Caps grow with total deposits: AUD 4,500 a day, AUD 15,000 a week and AUD 45,000 a month at the first tier, up to AUD 15,000, AUD 30,000 and AUD 90,000 (T&C 11.8–11.10). For wins over AUD 90,000 "the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments" of up to AUD 90,000 (T&C 11.11).
- Deposit-bonus win cap. Winnings from deposit bonuses stop at 5 times the deposit and no more than AUD 7,500, "unless otherwise stated"; the first-deposit bonus itself goes up to AUD 15,000 (bonus terms).
- Max bet. AUD 7 a spin on the first-deposit bonus, AUD 3 on the second and third, doubling and bought bonus rounds included (bonus terms, First to Third Deposit Bonus).
- Wagering. Welcome bonuses need 40 times, "both for match part and spins"; spin sets must be activated within 24 hours and played within 24 hours (bonus terms, First Deposit Bonus).
- Unwagered deposits. Each deposit must be wagered 3 times; otherwise "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal" (T&C 9.7). No amount is stated.
- Two weeks and 30 days. Verification not passed within two weeks "will result in account termination and funds confiscation" (T&C 9.3); the KYC policy gives the casino 30 working days to review documents (KYC policy 10).
- Idle account. After 12 months without login or play, the T&C say "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee" of EUR 20 (about AUD 32, our arithmetic), deducted from the balance; a balance under EUR 20 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
Also in these terms: one account per address, household, IP or device, one bonus per household, IP, device, payment method or shared network, a bonus-to-deposit ratio counted as abuse, documents in Latin or Cyrillic script or a video check, missing or invalid documents costing the balance, deposits from another person's account, intermediary bank fees up to EUR 16, server logs as the final record, EGIS as the named dispute body, arbitration in Costa Rica, a one-year limit on claims. About
Australia and AUD were prefilled when Golden Crown’s sign-up opened from Sydney, while the cookie bar on every page read asks visitors to confirm they are “accessing this website outside of Australia” (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026 → Terms).
The KYC policy says the casino “reserves the right to request proof of location at any time” and that “Accounts found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited”, without showing the list of jurisdictions it refers to (Verified, 16 Oct 2026 → Terms). Hollycorn N.V., named in the footer in 2019, is one of the two companies ACMA warned in Feb 2022 as providers of Golden Crown and Stay Casino, and both sites now name Metlait SRL (Verified, web archive 16 Sep 2019, ACMA warning PDFs read 16 Oct 2026 → ACMA, Licences).
