SkyCrown Dossier

• Operator. The footer, About page and T&C clause 1.1 name Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica, company number 3-102-911867, Cartago (Verified as the casino's statement, read from Sydney, 14 Oct 2026). The number is a company registration, not a licence.
• Licence stated by the casino. "E-gaming license No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission". The footer seal opens Tobique's validator, which names Metlait SRL with www.skycrown.com and www.skycrown14.com and shows "VALID"; a made-up SkyCrown domain returned "INVALID". Tobique's register lists Metlait S.R.L as a B2C licensee until 16 Apr 2027 and shows no number, so 0000064 is the casino's own figure (Verified, validate.thetgc.ca and Tobique register, 14 Oct 2026).
• Second licence, not stated by the casino. Anjouan's register lists Metlait SRL, licence ALSI-202509073-FI2, B2C, valid 30 Sep 2025 to 29 Sep 2027, for skycrown.com; it does not list skycrown14.com. No SkyCrown page mentions Anjouan (Verified, Anjouan register, 14 Oct 2026).
• What changed. The web archive copy of 01 Jul 2022 names a different operator in the footer: Hollycorn N.V., Curaçao, registration 144359. That is an archive page, not today's site (Unverified, web archive, 01 Jul 2022).
• Address. The AU site runs at www.skycrown14.com/en-AU (Verified, read from Sydney, 14 Oct 2026).
• Since 2022. The web archive first shows the SkyCrown casino on www.skycrown.com on 02 Apr 2022. Ahrefs estimates Google search traffic to skycrown.com at over 100 visits a month for three months running from Mar 2023 (estimate, read 16 Oct 2026). Two dated sources agree, and the earlier one sets the year, so 2022 is Verified. ACMA's block request in Sep 2022 does not contradict it.
• Platform. The lobby answers in the format used by the SOFTSWISS platform; the site does not name its platform (Unverified, our reading of the lobby, 14 Oct 2026).
• Games. The lobby showed an Australian visitor 7,243 games from 57 studios; the largest were KA Gaming (1,040), VoltEnt (409), BGaming (291), TaDa (281) and Yggdrasil (277). The same catalogue holds studios hidden from Australia, among them Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO, NetEnt and Playtech (Verified, lobby read from Sydney, 14 Oct 2026).

The site gives five different payout times: "10 MIN" on the home page, "within an hour" in the FAQ, "Instant" for every method, "within 72 hours of approval" in the T&Cs and "within 3 business days" for bank transfers (all read from Sydney, 14 Oct 2026). These are the casino's statements (Verified); no payout was tested.

• Currency. The AU pages show amounts in AUD, and AUD is an account currency. The T&Cs say the internal currency is EUR, so the amount credited "may differ slightly" (clause 11.10).
• Withdrawal methods. Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, AUD 30 to 7,500 per payout; Mifinity, AUD 30 to 4,000; bank transfer, AUD 100 to 7,500. Apple Pay, Jet Bank Transfer, CashToCode and Paysafecard are deposit-only (payments page).
• Caps. AUD 7,500 a day, AUD 15,000 per rolling 7 days, AUD 45,000 a month; progressive jackpots are paid in full (T&C 11.8). An AUD 45,000 win leaves in at least 3 weekly parts (our arithmetic).
• Fees. The payments page says "Fee - None" and the FAQ "All transactions are free of charge". The T&Cs say intermediary banks may take "typically up to €16" per bank transfer, and the player pays bank and provider fees (11.11, 11.13).
• Unplayed deposit. Every deposit must be bet 3 times before it can be withdrawn; otherwise the casino may "charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal" (9.7). An AUD 100 deposit needs AUD 300 in bets (our arithmetic). No fee amount is stated.
• Minimum withdrawal. "€20 (or equivalent)" in the T&Cs (11.1), AUD 30 or AUD 100 on the payments page.
• Method. The casino may pay "via a different method than the one you specified" (11.5); card withdrawals up to the net deposit go back to the card.

Read from the AU site on 14 Oct 2026: T&Cs "Version: 1.0, Effective from: 12.06.2025"; KYC policy "Version: 2.2, Effective from: 04.02.2022, Last updated: 26.07.2022"; bonus terms carry no version or date (Verified, the casino's own statements). No earlier version is on record, so no change can be dated yet. T&C clause 1.1 names www.skycrown.com, not the AU address.

• Welcome pack. Four deposits, up to AUD 8,000 plus 400 free spins: 120% up to AUD 1,200, 100% up to AUD 1,300, 80% up to AUD 1,500, 150% up to AUD 4,000. Minimum deposit AUD 30 to AUD 50; each bonus lasts 14 days.
• Wagering x40 on bonus plus free-spin winnings. An AUD 100 first deposit gives a AUD 120 bonus, which needs AUD 4,800 in bets within 14 days: at least 640 bets at the AUD 7.5 cap. The full AUD 8,000 needs AUD 320,000, before any free-spin winnings (our arithmetic).
• Win caps. Each welcome bonus cashes out at most AUD 5,000, and the cap "persists after the completion of the wagering requirement". All other bonus winnings stop at AUD 15,000 "unless otherwise indicated"; no-deposit winnings at AUD 75.
• Free-spin caps disagree. General rule 1 says AUD 75, rule 9 says AUD 150, and each welcome offer says AUD 300. Rule 1 adds that the rest "will be written-off in favor of the Casino".
• Game weighting disagrees. Rule 29: live casino and table games count 10%. Rule 31: "All NON-Slots games are excluded from the bonus promotion." Rule 30 bars bonus play on several hundred listed pokies.
• Who gets bonuses. No welcome bonus for Skrill or Neteller deposits or for crypto players. No bonuses for players whose withdrawals exceed 70% of deposits, who have "significant balances", or who "generate negative income for the casino".
• Max bet. AUD 7.5 by default, AUD 3 on Sunday and Meet & Spin free spins, AUD 10 on the high-roller bonus. A bonus is cancelled when the balance falls to AUD 0.075.
• KYC. Withdrawals stay pending until verification. If the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (8.4). Failing verification within 2 weeks means "account termination and funds confiscation" (9.3). The KYC policy allows "up to 30 working days" to review documents; the FAQ says "verified immediately".
• Documents. Photo ID, proof of address under 3 months old, payment proof; in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise video verification. Refusal means "account closure and forfeiture of funds" (9.5).
• Duplicates and VPN. Accounts sharing an address, household, IP address or device count as duplicates: pending withdrawals cancelled, winnings confiscated (8.1). Using a VPN "may lead to confiscation of winnings" (3.2).
• Dormancy. After 12 months without login or play, AUD 50 a month is taken from the balance (12.1). An AUD 300 balance is gone in 6 months (our arithmetic).
• Disputes. Claims within 1 year; server logs are final; arbitration "exclusively" in Costa Rica (13, 15.3, 17). The T&Cs name EGIS as an outside dispute body "under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission".
• Age. 18 or older, or the local legal age if higher (2.2).

• ACMA block. On 21 Sep 2022 ACMA named "Sky Crown" among the sites it asked Australian internet providers to block (Verified, acma.gov.au, 21 Sep 2022).
• 12 hosts with SkyCrown in the name on ACMA's list. skycrown.com and skycrown1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13.com were on ACMA's blocked list on 14 Oct 2026. ACMA's reports added them in steps: skycrown.com in Oct 2022, skycrown1.com in Oct 2023, skycrown2 and 4 in Jan 2024, skycrown5 and 6 in Aug 2024, skycrown9 in Jan 2025 (Verified, acma.gov.au, read 14 Oct 2026).
• Listed hosts still open. From our Sydney connection on 14 Oct 2026, skycrown.com and skycrown7.com led to skycrown14.com, and skycrown10.com and skycrown13.com opened the casino (Verified, 14 Oct 2026).
• Anjouan register does not list the AU address. The Anjouan licence the casino does not mention covers skycrown.com; skycrown14.com, where Australians land, is not in the register entry (Verified, Anjouan register, 14 Oct 2026).
• "Legit Licensed". The page title calls the site a "Legit Licensed Online Casino". Those are the casino's words (Verified as its wording, home page, 14 Oct 2026).
• Conflicting statements on the casino's pages. Five payout times and "Fee - None" against fees in the T&Cs (see Payments); three free-spin caps and two game-weighting rules (see Terms); minimum withdrawal in euros in the T&Cs and in AUD on the payments page.
• Marketing figures without a source. The home page shows AUD 4,917,013 as "Total cashout last 5 month" and AUD 47,106 as "Last big win". The site gives no source for either (Verified as the casino's figures, home page, 14 Oct 2026).
• KYC deadlines. The player has 2 weeks before a cancelled withdrawal or "funds confiscation"; the casino gives itself up to 30 working days to review documents (see Terms).
• Player tools. Deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off (1 week to 6 months) and self-exclusion (6 months to indefinite) exist; the casino says crypto deposits "may still be successfully processed" during cooling-off and self-exclusion. The help list names Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy, with no Australian service (Verified, responsible gaming page, 14 Oct 2026).
• User reports. None collected on 14 Oct 2026.
• Not SkyCrown. skycrown11.com is a third-party page titled "SkyCrown Casino - Official Website" whose footer says "This is not an official website of SkyCrown brand"; it links to another casino. skycrownpartners.com is the affiliate programme (14 Oct 2026).
• Not answered yet: why the AU address is missing from the Anjouan register entry; when Metlait SRL replaced Hollycorn N.V.; how long payouts take in practice.

SkyCrown is run by Metlait SRL of Costa Rica by its own statement, under a Tobique licence whose validator lists skycrown14.com, and an Anjouan licence it does not mention that covers skycrown.com only. ACMA asked Australian providers to block it in Sep 2022, and 12 hosts with SkyCrown in the name were on ACMA's list on 14 Oct 2026. Its terms ask for x40 on bonus plus free-spin winnings, cap each welcome bonus at AUD 5,000, and allow confiscation if KYC is not passed within 2 weeks.
