Uptown Pokies Dossier

What to look at in Uptown Pokies' own terms:

1. Two weekly caps. The banking page allows 100 to 2,500 a payout, 2,500 a week and 10,000 a month in the account currency, each bank transfer costing 60 (Banking page); the terms say "up to $5,000 per week" (T&C, withdrawal limit). At the banking-page rate 20,000 takes 8 weeks (our arithmetic).
2. Wagering. Deposit bonuses need 30 times deposit plus bonus (bonus rules 17), free bonuses 60 times on pokies only (bonus rules 5). A deposit of 100 with a bonus of 250 means 10,500 in bets (our arithmetic).
3. Max bet. "Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided"; red or black on roulette and any European Roulette with a bonus void them too (bonus rules, max bet; 15).
4. Free-money cap. No-deposit credits pay at most 5 times the bonus, "No exceptions" for a jackpot (bonus rules 16); free-money wins together stop at USD 180 (Free Bonus Rules). A deposit bonus over 100% caps the cash-out at 15 times the deposit (bonus rules 21).
5. Cash-out before the terms are met. The casino may "void any winnings and confiscate any balance", for example after a cash-out before a promotion's requirements are fulfilled or for a "bonus abuser" (T&C 10.3, 10.10).
6. Bonus on top of a balance. Redeeming a bonus on top of an existing balance voids the winnings and refunds only the deposit (bonus rules 8); a withdrawal request removes the active bonus (bonus rules 14).
7. Idle account. "Accounts inactive for 12 months or more will be classified as inactive, with any remaining balance voided." (T&C, inactive accounts)
8. 14 days. A game dispute must reach the casino in writing within fourteen days, and the server result decides (T&C, disputes).
