CasinoChan Dossier

What to look at in CasinoChan's own terms:

1. Payouts. The terms set no fixed minimum or maximum a request, and a larger amount may be split into instalments (T&C 11.1). Caps: AUD 4,000 a day, AUD 16,000 per 7 days, AUD 50,000 per 30 days (T&C 11.8). Stated payout time: 12 hours on the Payments page, 72 hours in T&C 11.6.
2. Wagering. Deposit bonuses need 40 times, no-deposit and free-spin bonuses 50 times, and deposit and free-cash bonuses expire after 30 days (bonus terms 1.5, 1.7). EGT slots and the jackpot are closed to bonus play (bonus terms 1.10).
3. Max bet. AUD 8 a bet while any bonus is active, double-ups and bought features included (bonus terms 1.15, 1.16, 1.29).
4. No-deposit cap. AUD 75, and cashing out needs a deposit of at least EUR 20 first (bonus terms 1.5, 1.17).
5. Deposit bet 3 times. Each deposit must be wagered 3 times before it is withdrawn, or "the Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal" (T&C 9.6). The fee is not stated.
6. Idle account. After 12 months without a login or a game, the T&C say "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee" of EUR 20 (about AUD 32, our arithmetic), deducted from the balance; a balance under EUR 20 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
7. Phone check. If the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (T&C 8.5).
