Spinando Casino Dossier

What to look at in Spinando's own terms:

1. Payouts. E-wallets pay AUD 20 to AUD 4,000; bank transfers are listed once from AUD 500, once from AUD 20, every row "Free" (Payments page). On bank transfers, intermediary banks "may impose additional fees", typically up to EUR 16 (T&C 11.11). Caps: AUD 4,000 a day, AUD 16,000 per 7 days, AUD 50,000 per 30 days (T&C 11.8).
2. Wagering. Bonus terms 1h sets 40 times for deposit bonuses and free spins, and in the next sentence 50 times for no-deposit and free-spin bonuses (bonus terms 1h). No expiry period is given, yet an expired bonus loses its winnings (bonus terms 4c).
3. Max bet. AUD 8 a bet while a bonus is active, doubling and bought features included (bonus terms 1b, 4j).
4. No-deposit cap. AUD 75 from free bonuses and no-deposit spins, and cashing out needs a deposit of at least EUR 20 (bonus terms 3b, 1h).
5. Deposit bet 3 times. Each deposit must be wagered 3 times before it is withdrawn, or "the Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal" (T&C 9.7). The fee is not stated.
6. Idle account. After 12 months without a login or a game, the T&C say "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee" of EUR 10 (about AUD 16, our arithmetic), deducted from the balance; a balance under EUR 10 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
7. Phone check. If the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (T&C 8.5). An invalid or missing phone number lets the casino "close your account permanently and forfeit any winnings" (T&C 9.3).
