RollXO Dossier

What to look at in RollXO's own terms:

1. Payouts. At most EUR or USD 3,000 a week and 15,000 a month, about AUD 4,867 and 24,335 (our arithmetic) (T&C 11.9). The VIP terms allow a cut to AUD 1,500 a week for players who bet less (VIP terms).
2. Mystery Drops. These wins "are not progressive jackpots" and are not paid in one go: at most EUR or USD 2,500 a day and 12,000 a month (T&C 11.8).
3. Wagering. Bonuses need 50 times the bonus; the welcome package expires 7 days after it is credited, and table games, video poker and live games count 5% (bonus terms). An AUD 100 bonus means AUD 5,000 in bets on pokies (our arithmetic).
4. No-deposit cap. No-deposit free spins pay at most AUD 75, any bonus at most 5 times the bonus, and the same terms list Australia among countries that cannot use no-deposit bonuses (bonus terms).
5. "Strategies". "The player is not allowed to use any strategies while playing with an active bonus"; delaying bonus rounds is listed too, and all winnings can be cancelled (bonus terms).
6. 40 days. Winnings, from bonus or real money, "may be subject to confiscation" if KYC is not complete within 40 days of the request; if the casino cannot reach the player by email or phone within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked (T&C 9.8).
7. Idle account. After 12 months without a login, "the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee" of EUR 25 (about AUD 41, our arithmetic), or the balance if it is smaller (T&C 12.1).

Also in these terms: one account per address, household, IP or PC with payouts cancelled and withdrawn money demanded back, VPN use past a provider block, red/black bets covering 25 or more numbers, a charge equal to the balance after a chargeback, each deposit bet once (3 times on suspicion), deposits from another person's account, payouts by another method, intermediary bank fees up to EUR 16, payouts held up to 72 hours for ID, claims within 1 year and refunds within 24 hours, server logs as "the final authority", the casino's own support as the only route named.
