At a glance
Watch out
What to look at in Stay Casino's own terms:
- Caps per method. The Payments page caps each withdrawal method at AUD 1,000 or AUD 4,000 a request (Payments page); the casino may pay by a different method "at our sole discretion" (T&C 11.5). An AUD 10,000 win at AUD 1,000 a request is 10 requests (our arithmetic).
- Limits in euros. At most EUR 5,000 a day, EUR 10,000 a week and EUR 20,000 a month, about AUD 8,112, 16,223 and 32,446 (our arithmetic); progressive jackpots are paid in full (T&C 11.8).
- Wagering. 40 times the bonus or free-spin winnings, seven days for the cash bonus and three for spins, then "all bonus money and winnings are void"; live dealer games are closed with a bonus and tables count 5% (bonus terms). An AUD 100 bonus means AUD 4,000 in bets in a week (our arithmetic).
- Max bet. AUD 8 a bet while wagering, "unless otherwise specified", doubling and bought bonus rounds included (bonus terms).
- Win caps. Free-spin winnings stop at AUD 150 and cash-bonus winnings at 10 times the bonus; the excess is "forfeited upon withdrawal or after 24h after bonus wagering" (bonus terms). No-deposit winnings stop at AUD 75 (T&C 11.7).
- Deposit bet first. A deposit must be bet once on pokies or 3 times on table games, roulette and video poker before it can be withdrawn, 3 times on any game on suspicion (T&C 9.7).
- Two weeks and 30 days. If the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (T&C 8.4); a check not passed in two weeks ends in "account termination and funds confiscation" (T&C 9.3). The KYC page allows up to 30 working days for review (KYC page).
- Idle account. After 12 months without login or play, the T&C say "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee" of EUR 20 (about AUD 32, our arithmetic), deducted from the balance; a balance under EUR 20 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
Also in these terms: one account per address, household, IP or device with pending withdrawals cancelled, VPN use costing winnings, bonus winnings cancelled for abuse "both at the moment of wagering and after it", a deposits-to-bonus ratio over 50% as abuse, documents in Latin or Cyrillic script or a video check, deposits from another person's account, intermediary bank fees up to EUR 16, server logs as "final and binding", EGIS as the named dispute body, arbitration in Costa Rica, a one-year limit on claims. About
Two ACMA formal warnings dated 22 Feb 2022 name Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited as providers of Stay Casino, the same companies and date as for Golden Crown, and both sites now name Metlait SRL and Tobique licence 0000064 (Verified, ACMA warning PDFs and footers read 16 Oct 2026 → ACMA, Licences).
Sign-up from Sydney opened in AUD and the T&C do not restrict Australia, yet T&C 2.6 state: “The Casino reserves the right to refuse or reverse withdrawals and/or close accounts if these limitations are breached” (Verified, read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026 → Terms). The home page names Nolimit, Play’n Go, NetEnt, Spinomenal and Evolution, studios all hidden for Australia in the lobby, and the welcome spins sit on Pragmatic Play games, also hidden (Verified, lobby data read from Sydney, 16 Oct 2026 → Studios). The T&C page opens with “Last Updated: 08.04.2026” and ends with “Last updated: 08.04.2025” (Verified, 16 Oct 2026 → Terms).
