LevelUp Casino Dossier

What to look at in LevelUp Casino's own terms:

1. Payouts. At most AUD 3,000 a day, AUD 7,500 a week and AUD 15,000 a month, with exceptions "for players with a higher VIP status" (T&C 11.8); real-money winnings are capped at EUR 250,000 (T&C 11.7). An AUD 50,000 win takes about 4 months (our arithmetic).
2. Welcome win cap. Winnings from each welcome-package bonus and its free spins stop at 3 times the bonus amount (bonus terms, welcome package); section 3 caps cash-match free spins at AUD 50, without saying which applies (bonus terms 3).
3. Claims after a cut. Once a payout is cut to the max cashout, further claims "will be considered evidence of abuse of rights" and "may be construed as extortion" (bonus terms 3).
4. Max bet. AUD 85 a bet while wagering, doubling and bought bonus rounds included (bonus terms 3).
5. Wagering. 35 times the bonus within 14 days, only on games in the "Wagering" category; free spins run 72 hours (bonus terms, welcome package). An AUD 100 bonus means AUD 3,500 in bets (our arithmetic).
6. Unwagered deposits. Each deposit must be wagered 3 times; otherwise the casino "reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal", amount not stated (T&C 9.7).
7. Two weeks and 30 days. "Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation" (T&C 9.3); the AML Rules allow up to 30 working days for the review (AML Rules).
8. Idle account. After 12 months without login or play, the T&C say "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee" of EUR 20 (about AUD 32, our arithmetic), deducted from the balance; a balance under EUR 20 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
