Woo Casino Dossier

What to look at in Woo Casino's own terms:

1. Payouts. Cards pay AUD 25 to AUD 6,000 a request, international bank transfers AUD 250 to AUD 4,000, every row "Free" (Payments page); on bank transfers, intermediary banks "may impose additional fees", typically up to EUR 16 (T&C 11.11). Caps: AUD 4,000 a day, AUD 16,000 per 7 days, AUD 50,000 per 30 days (T&C 11.8).
2. Wagering. Every bonus, no-deposit and free spins included, needs 40 times, and the deposit is played first (bonus terms 1i, 1k). Sportsbook free bets expire 3 days after they are credited or claimed (bonus terms 7.2.4, 7.3.7).
3. Max bet. AUD 8 a bet while a bonus is active; bought features, respins and doubling count (bonus terms 1e, 8i).
4. No-deposit cap. AUD 75, paid only to a fully verified account after a deposit of at least EUR 20 (bonus terms 1b, 1k).
5. Deposit bet 3 times. Each deposit must be wagered 3 times before it is withdrawn, or "the Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal" (T&C 9.7). The fee is not stated.
6. Idle account. After 12 months without a login or a game, the T&C say "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee" of EUR 25 (about AUD 41, our arithmetic), deducted from the balance; a balance under EUR 25 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
7. Phone check. If the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (T&C 8.5). Verification not passed in 2 weeks ends in "account termination and funds confiscation" (T&C 9.3).
