Neospin Dossier

What to look at in Neospin's own terms:

1. Payouts. From AUD 45 (T&C 11.1); at most AUD 6,000 a day, AUD 15,000 per rolling 7 days and AUD 45,000 a month, progressive jackpots paid in full (T&C 11.8). An AUD 100,000 win takes 3 months (our arithmetic). Intermediary banks may take "typically up to €16" (T&C 11.11).
2. Wagering. Bets of 40 times the bonus plus free-spin winnings, within 14 days; jackpot and EGT pokies are closed with a bonus (bonus terms). An AUD 100 bonus means AUD 4,000 in bets, at least 534 bets at AUD 7.50 (our arithmetic).
3. Max bet. AUD 7.50 with the welcome bonuses, AUD 10 with other bonuses, AUD 35 with the high-roller bonus, doubling and bought bonus rounds included (bonus terms).
4. Bonus win caps. AUD 75 from no-deposit bonuses (T&C 11.7); all bonus winnings together stop at AUD 15,000, and each welcome stage has its own cap of AUD 2,000 to 4,500 (bonus terms).
5. Cashback deadline. Cashback winnings are taken back if the day's spend is not bet 3 times by 23:59 UTC, which is 10:59 am in Sydney during daylight saving (our arithmetic) (bonus terms).
6. Unwagered deposits. Each deposit must be wagered 3 times, several deposits without play together; otherwise "The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal" (T&C 9.7).
7. Two weeks. Withdrawals stay pending until KYC ends; if the casino cannot reach the player within 2 weeks of the request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (T&C 8.4). Verification not passed within 2 weeks of a request means "account termination and funds confiscation" (T&C 9.3).
8. Idle account. After 12 months without a login or a game, the T&C say "we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee" of EUR 25 (about AUD 41, our arithmetic), deducted from the balance; a balance under EUR 25 is taken whole (T&C 12.1).
